Ready

Give me your website. I will tell you what it is costing you.

I read your homepage, then we work out where the money is actually going: a job that costs more than it returns, a process nobody has costed, enquiries nobody answers, or customers who cannot find you. Whichever it is, you leave with one recommendation and the arithmetic behind it.

Free, no account, no card. Reading your homepage takes a second and costs nothing; anything slower than that only runs if it is relevant, which is why there is a captcha.

This is the front door to all of it: an operations audit, a role replacement, a build, the plans, the visibility programme, or the affiliate programme. I work out which one, and sometimes the answer is none of them yet.

How it works

What actually happens when you start

You give one address. We read your homepage, which takes about a second and costs nothing, and from it we can already tell what you sell, roughly where, and which of the machine-readable basics are missing. Everything after that depends on what you say, because the expensive question is never the same twice.

What it can measure while you talk

It reads your homepageCategory, place, what you sell, how fast it answers, and whether the machine-readable basics are there: an identity block, a phone number in the header, a description worth quoting.1 secondalways
It costs a job against the system that does itWhat one seat costs a month against what the system running the same work costs, on the unit that matters for that job: per answered call, per resolution, per booked meeting, per published article.instantyou name a role
It costs a manual processHours a week, by people, by loaded rate, over 4.33 weeks. The share an agent actually removes is printed beside the result rather than hidden inside it, because a calculator that hides its coefficient is a slot machine with a form on it.instantyou give hours
It costs the enquiries nobody answersMissed per day, by working days, by what one is worth, by the share that would have closed. This is usually the largest number on the page and the only one that is losing money today rather than costing it.instantyou give volumes
It asks the assistants about youFive of your buyers' questions put to several AI assistants, and whether they name you or a competitor. The slow one, and the only one that costs us anything to run, so it goes only where it is relevant.~30 secondsbeing found is the problem

Where it sends people

One recommendation, one named alternative, and the reason it chose between them. Never a list, which is what makes the eighth row below possible.

  1. 01Operations auditThe expensive problem is an internal process nobody has mapped
  2. 02Visibility programmeBuyers ask an assistant and it names somebody else
  3. 03Role replacementOne job costs more than it returns
  4. 04Ready solutionsThe need is specific and the thing already exists
  5. 05Custom buildNothing off the shelf fits and you want to own it
  6. 06AIGrowOSYou would rather run it yourself, monthly
  7. 07Affiliate programmeYou came to earn from this rather than to buy it
  8. 08Nothing, yetNothing you described costs enough to justify the cheapest thing we sell

Why it asks

A menu makes the choice your problem

There are eight things you could buy here. Most people arriving do not know whether their money is going on a job that could be a system, a process nobody has ever costed, enquiries that go unanswered, or the fact that nobody can find them. Those four have different answers and usually only one of them is urgent.

So the first job is to find out which, and the second is to put a number on it. A recommendation with no arithmetic behind it is a preference, and you already have plenty of those.

The limits

What it will not do

It will not quote a price it made up: every figure on a recommendation comes from the same catalogue the pricing pages read, and the model running the conversation is never given one. It will not invent a finding, so if no tool measured it, it says it does not know.

It will not tell you what kind of person it thinks you are, because a personality read aloud is cold reading the moment it is wrong. And it will not tell you that slots are running out, because they are not.

Before you start

Six things people ask before giving us an address. If yours is not here, the contact page reaches the team directly.

No. No account, no card, no email required to see what it found. You can ask for the brief by email at the end if you want a copy.

Reading your homepage is about a second. The conversation is usually three or four questions. Only the assistant scan is slow, around thirty seconds, and it only runs if being found is actually your problem.

Say so at the first step and it skips reading one. Plenty of what we do has nothing to do with your website, and the affiliate side has nothing to do with having a business at all.

Every figure is computed from something you gave it or something we measured, and each row shows which. Where a figure uses a typical industry cost rather than yours, it says so: presenting an anchor as a measurement is what makes every other number on a page unreadable.

It routes on the problem, not on the price, through a fixed table rather than a model deciding. The cheapest outcome it can reach is telling you to fix two things yourself and come back.

Yes. The contact page reaches the team directly and skips all of this.
