What the kit does, and what it does not

The kit makes it simple to ask every customer for a review and to answer the reviews you already have. Here is what it does, and what it leaves out.

What the kit does, who sends the requests, and the rules we follow.

We do not promise a number of reviews. The kit makes asking simple: a short link, a QR code, a printable card and messages in the language your customers speak. Whether customers write a review is their choice.

No. You send the requests to your own customers, using the messages we write for email, SMS and WhatsApp. We do not contact your customers. The messages are in the language your customers speak, and you choose how and when they go out.

No. Asking only satisfied customers is called review gating. It is against Google's policy and the US FTC's guidance on reviews, and Google also forbids offering anything in exchange for a review. The messages we write go to every customer.

We cannot remove bad reviews, and we do not offer to. When we write your replies and at the day 30 check, we point out any review that breaks Google's rules, so you can report it to Google. Google decides whether to remove it.

We write the replies for your approval. The replies cover your last 20 Google reviews. After that you choose: we post them with manager access to your profile, or you paste them yourself. Nothing is posted before you approve the text.
