Quick answers

AIGrow provides AI visibility monitoring, a business assistant, blog publishing and scoped automation services. Start with the free scan to inspect the output before paying.

Run the free scan

The scan is free and monitoring plans start at $29 a month. The operations audit is $290, the visibility audit is $490, and custom builds receive a written price before work starts.

See the plans

Run the free scan. It reads your site, asks several AI assistants what your customers ask, and points you at one thing. No signup required, and it will tell you if you do not need us.

When the system has to bend to your workflow

Scoped in writing before anything is written, built in weeks rather than quarters, and handed over with the source, the diagrams and the infrastructure. If a ready solution would do the job, we say so instead.

From $4,990, quoted after a 3 to 5 day discovery. Delivered in 2 to 6 weeks. You own every line.

The first two phases are over before any production code exists. Source, diagrams and infrastructure are yours at handover.

A custom build is for the workflow no ready solution fits. It is scoped in writing during a three to five day discovery, quoted from $4,990 against that scope, and delivered in two to six weeks with the source, the diagrams and the infrastructure handed over. If a ready solution would do it, we say so.

Four kinds

What actually gets built here

Four categories of work we can scope. The tools underneath them are listed further down, where you can judge the proposed stack instead of a vague capability claim.

AI agent systems

Agents that monitor, decide and act across your stack, with human approval where it matters and a full audit trail of every action taken.

LLM orchestrationTool callingRAG pipelines

Data pipelines

Event-driven and scheduled processing across the sources in scope, with transformation rules, schema validation, and a defined recovery path.

Stream processingWarehousingAPI integration

Internal tools

The admin panel, the monitoring dashboard, the workflow board your operations team keeps asking for. Built on your data layer rather than beside it.

ReactData syncRole-based access

Compliance systems

Automated compliance workflows, scanning pipelines and security monitoring. Audit-ready from the first deployment rather than retrofitted before a review.

Four phases

Where the weeks go

Two of the four are over before any production code exists, which is deliberate: the expensive mistakes in this work are all made before the building starts.

The terms

What is guaranteed, and what is not

Everything on the left is written into the scope document before you pay anything. Everything on the right is the part that has to stay honest.

Written into every engagement
  • Fixed scope and fixed price, approved before work begins
  • Full source code, documentation and architecture diagrams at delivery
  • Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, security review
  • Weekly demos of working software, not status reports
  • 30 days of priority support after deployment
What we will not claim
  • That discovery is free: it is the first 3 to 5 days and it is priced
  • That the estimate survives a change you make halfway through
  • That a custom build is the right answer when a $990 system exists
  • That we will maintain it forever: monitoring is a separate monthly thing
  • A delivery date before the blueprint exists
The stack

What it gets built on

Chosen because your team can hire for all of it. A system nobody else can maintain is a liability with a demo attached.

Before you commit

Scoping, changes, ownership, support and the exact shape of the money.

Discovery first, three to five days of it. Your systems get mapped, integration points defined, and the output is a technical blueprint with architecture diagrams, a fixed timeline and an exact cost. You approve that before any build work starts, and you can take the blueprint elsewhere if you would rather.

Through a written change request: we assess the effect on timeline and cost, and you approve it before anything moves. The original scope stays the baseline, which is what makes the fixed price fixed rather than aspirational.

All of it, transferred at delivery with documentation and architecture diagrams. No proprietary dependencies and no vendor lock-in: the test we hold ourselves to is that your own team can maintain and extend the system without us.

Thirty days of priority engineering support: bug resolution, performance monitoring and a direct channel to the people who built it. After that, ongoing monitoring and iteration are available monthly and priced on the ready solutions page.

We confirm each required connection during discovery. A documented API is the cleanest route. For legacy databases and internal tools, we check access, vendor terms, and recovery options before including a connector or middleware in the approved scope.

Custom builds start at $4,990 and are quoted after discovery. If that is more than the problem needs, a one-week implementation sprint starts at $2,990 and an embedded fractional team starts at $1,490 a month. No hourly rates and no open-ended budgets: you see the number before you commit.

Start with the blueprint, not the build.

Three to five days of discovery produces the architecture, the timeline and the exact cost. If it turns out a ready solution does the job for a fifth of the price, the blueprint says that.
