What the listings do, and what they do not

A listing puts the same correct details about your business on a site that customers and AI assistants read. Here is what that covers, and what it does not.

What we need from you

Reply to our email with your business name as customers see it, your website, your country and area served, and the address and phone customers use. Add your opening hours, a short description, your logo and up to five photos, and any existing listings with their logins.

If we do not deliver what this page lists, or you change your mind before work starts, you get a full refund.

Before you buy

Which sites we use, what you do, and what a listing can and cannot do.

We take them from our AI Source Map: the sites ChatGPT and Claude read, with web search on, when they answer questions about businesses, for each country and kind of business. You see the proposed list and approve it before anything is created.

We use the nearest trade or country that the map covers, plus the main general directories, and the site list says so. You see which sites came from which source before you approve anything. Nothing is created until you do.

Nobody can promise that, and we do not. Matching listings on sites that assistants read make your business information complete and consistent. To see whether anything changed, we ask leading AI assistants the questions a customer would ask about your trade and area, and record whether they name you, before we start and again 30 days after.

Our price covers our work on the listings. Some sites charge for a listing, and we use those only if you pay the site directly. You decide whether to pay a site. If you do not, we leave it out.

Reply to our first email with your details and approve the site list. Some sites confirm a listing with a code sent by phone, text or email to the business, and you pass that code on to us. The rest of the work is ours.

Every listing stays yours. The report hands over the link and the login for each one, so you can change it later without us. We never list an address your business does not use. Listings you already have are claimed or corrected and count toward the 20.

We send the proposed site list within 2 working days of your details. The listings follow within 10 working days of your approval, and the report within 2 working days of the last listing. The second AI visibility reading comes at day 30.

You get a full refund if we do not deliver what this page lists, or if you ask before work starts. Nothing is created or changed before you approve the site list, so you decide whether the work goes ahead.
