What the setup does, and what it does not

A complete, consistent profile gives Google and other sites the same correct facts about your business. Here is what we do to get there, and what we leave out.

We cannot promise that. Google ranks local results by relevance, distance and prominence, and we do not control them. We make your profile complete and your details consistent, so Google and other sites have the right facts about your business.

No. We work with manager access, which you grant by inviting the address we send you, and we never ask for passwords. You can remove that access whenever you want. Nothing is changed before you approve the list of proposed changes.

Adding keywords to the business name is against Google's guidelines and a common cause of profile suspension. We keep the name as your customers know it. Reinstating a suspended profile is not part of this service, so we avoid the risk.

That step is yours. When Google or another site asks to verify the business by video, call, text or email, it has to come from you, because only the business can receive it. Tell us when it arrives and we carry on with the rest.

Reviews are a separate service, the Google reviews kit. This setup completes the profile and its details and does not ask customers for reviews or reply to the reviews you already have. If you want both, each one has its own page and checkout.

Manager access comes after, once we send you an address to invite.
