The accessibility audit for your clients' shops, under your agency's name

We scan 20 key pages of your client's online shop, review them by hand against WCAG 2.2 AA and walk the checkout with a keyboard and a screen reader. You get the report with your agency name and logo, every issue ranked with a fix estimate, to resell at your own price.

Paid once per client shop. No call, and we never contact your client.

AIGROW audits the accessibility of online shops for web agencies to resell under their own brand, for $490 per client shop, paid once. We run an automated scan and a manual WCAG 2.2 AA review of 20 key pages, from the home page through checkout, and send a report ordered by priority with a fix estimate for each issue, under the agency's name and logo.

What the audit covers for your client, and what it does not

The European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882, covers e-commerce services offered to consumers from 28 June 2025, through each country's national law. The Directive names no WCAG version; we review against WCAG 2.2 level AA, published by the W3C in October 2023.

What it does
  • Runs an automated scan of 20 key pages of your client's shop: home, category, search, product, cart, each checkout step, sign-in, account and the help pages you choose
  • Reviews the same pages by hand against WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard use, visible focus, zoom and reflow, contrast, images, forms and error messages, and what a screen reader announces
  • Walks the purchase path from a product page to the payment step with a keyboard and a screen reader, signed in as a test customer
  • Orders every issue by priority, purchase blockers first, with the success criterion, the page, a screenshot, how to fix it and an estimate in hours
  • Checks whether the shop publishes the accessibility information the European Accessibility Act asks of service providers
What it does not do
  • It is not a certificate or a legal opinion on whether the law applies to your client, such as the exemption for microenterprises
  • It does not fix the issues: your developers work from the report, or you ask us to quote the fixes
  • It does not cover native apps, pages beyond the 20, or PDFs and videos outside those pages
  • It does not install an overlay widget: the issues are fixed in the shop's own templates and code
  • We never contact your client, ask for a call or ask for admin passwords

Resold under your name

Your client receives the audit as your agency's work. We run it behind you, from the details you pass on.

Your brand on the report

Your agency name, logo and colour on the report and every file, and our name on none of them. The report comes to you, ready to send from your own email.

Your client stays with you

We never write to your client or ask it for a call. Its details, test access and questions go through you, and our test customer account uses an address on your agency's domain.

Your price

You pay us a fixed price for each client shop and set your own price for your client. The audit has the same scope and times as the one we sell to shops directly.

Sample findings

Four issues from the report as your client reads them. The shop, the agency and every issue here are invented for the sample.

One client shop, 20 pages, one price

Paid once per client shop at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you what we need; the report arrives within 10 working days of your reply.

What we need from you

Your agency's name, logo and colour, your client shop's address and platform, and the pages or templates that matter most. An email address on your agency's domain for our test customer account, so the shop sees your name. For the checkout, a test mode or a 100% discount code from your client; without one we stop at the payment form. We never ask for admin passwords.

What you receive

  • An automated scan of 20 key pages of your client's shop, with every rule that failed and where
  • A manual WCAG 2.2 AA review of the same pages, including the purchase path with a keyboard and a screen reader
  • A report ordered by priority: blockers on the purchase path first, then issues repeated across many pages, then the rest
  • For each issue: the success criterion, the page or template, a screenshot, who it affects, how to fix it and an estimate in hours
  • A note on the accessibility information the European Accessibility Act asks service providers to publish, with what the shop shows today
  • The report under your agency's name, logo and colour, in English or in any of the 11 languages of this site
  • A quote for the fixes after the audit, if you ask, for you to resell

Questions from agencies

No. The report carries your agency name, logo and colour, and our name is not on it. Our test customer account uses an address on your agency's domain, and we send the report to you. We never contact your client: its details, test access and questions go through you.

You set the price. We charge your agency the price on this page for each client shop, paid once, and what you charge your client is between you and your client.

It covers e-commerce services offered to consumers from 28 June 2025, through each country's national law. Microenterprises that provide services are exempt from its accessibility requirements: fewer than 10 people, and a yearly turnover or balance sheet total of no more than 2 million euros. Your client or its lawyer confirms whether it applies.

Neither. We are not a law firm and we do not certify shops. The audit is a report on the shop against WCAG 2.2 level AA, with every issue tied to its success criterion so a developer can check it. Present it to your client as an audit report.

WCAG 2.2 level AA, published by the W3C in October 2023. It builds on WCAG 2.1 and adds six success criteria at levels A and AA, such as a minimum target size, focus that sticky content does not hide, and sign-in without a memory test. The Directive itself names no WCAG version.

Not within this price. The report gives an estimate in hours for each issue, so your developers can work from it. If you want us to do the fixes, ask for a quote: it comes to you, and you set what your client pays.

No admin access and no passwords. We use the shop as a customer does, with a test customer account on an address your agency gives us. For the checkout, your client gives you a test mode or a 100% discount code; without one we stop at the payment form and review it there.

Offer your clients an accessibility audit under your own name.

Pay once per client shop, send the shop's details, and receive the report with your logo within 10 working days of your reply.
