Cancel or withdraw

The quickest way

• If you are signed in, open the billing settings in your dashboard and choose Manage subscription. Your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• For a monthly API credit plan, use the link in any plan email, or open API access while signed in with the email address you paid with.
• For anything else, including work under a written proposal, or if you are not signed in, use the form below.

The form below works without signing in. Tell us who you are, which contract you mean and whether you are cancelling it or withdrawing from it; if you are ending it early for an important reason, give the reason.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt at once by email, with the content of your statement, the date and time we received it, and when your contract ends.
• A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, unless you choose a later date or your local law gives you an earlier one. You keep access until then and are not charged again.
• A withdrawal is handled under the Refund Policy. We refund what is due within 14 days of receiving it, by the payment method you used.
• If we cannot tell which contract you mean, we write to ask you. Your statement still counts from the moment we received it.
• Cancelling does not delete your account or its data. To ask for that, write to privacy@aigrow.gg.

• Email support@aigrow.gg from the email address you paid with.
• Write to PeakCore LLC at the postal address in the legal notice.

You can use the model withdrawal form in the Refund Policy, but any clear statement is enough.
