Where is data processed?Servers in GermanyOur servers are in Germany. The DPA lists each category of provider with its location, and the Standard Contractual Clauses cover transfers out of Europe.
Is data encrypted in transit?HTTPS only, with HSTSYes. Every page, the console and the API are served over HTTPS only, through Cloudflare, and HSTS tells browsers never to connect without encryption. Qualys SSL Labs grades aigrow.gg A+ (October 2026).
How is access to customer data controlled?Per account, need to knowEach account’s data is served only to that account. Sign-in uses email links that expire after 15 minutes or Google sign-in with PKCE, and AIGROW stores no passwords. Only people who need it to provide, support or secure the service can reach customer data, and they are bound by confidentiality.
Which sub-processors do you use?Listed in the DPAThe annex to our DPA lists each category with its location, and the Trust Center names the audited providers we run on. We email you at least 14 days before adding a sub-processor, and you can object. The current named list is sent on request from privacy@aigrow.gg.
How are we told about a breach?Without undue delayBy email to the address on your account, without undue delay after we become aware of it, with the nature of the breach, its likely consequences and the measures taken, as Article 33 of the GDPR requires.
How is our data deleted?On written requestWhen the service ends, or at any time on written request to privacy@aigrow.gg, we return or delete your data at your choice, unless the law requires us to keep it, and confirm the deletion in writing if you ask. Database backups are kept for 14 days, and the encrypted off-site copy for 30 days.
Is our data used to train AI models?NoAIGROW does not train AI models on your data, and AI API prompts and responses are not stored. AI Operations runs on your company’s own AI accounts, with model training switched off in their settings. A custom project names every model provider it uses in its written scope.
How are card payments handled?Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1Cards are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages, certified PCI DSS Level 1. AIGROW never receives a full card number.
Do we need to sign a separate DPA?Included in the TermsNo. The DPA forms part of our Terms for every business customer, so it applies from the day you sign up. If your process needs a countersigned copy, write to privacy@aigrow.gg.
How do we report a vulnerability?security@aigrow.ggWrite to security@aigrow.gg with the steps to reproduce it. Please test only against your own account and data.
Purchase orders
How to buy with a purchase order
Any plan, service or project can be bought against a purchase order. You pay a Stripe invoice instead of a checkout.
Email the purchase orderSend it to hello@aigrow.gg with the service or plan, the amount from its page or from your written scope, and the email address that should receive the invoice.
Receive a Stripe invoiceWe send it from Stripe to that address with your PO number, the amount and the due date. The invoice page lets you download it as a PDF.
Pay on the invoice pagePay by card, and any other method the invoice page shows, by the due date printed on it.

- Currency
- On the English site, plans and services are charged in US dollars. On the site in other languages, they are charged in euros at the same figures. API credit is always charged in US dollars.
- Contract
- Our Terms of Service govern every order. Terms in your purchase order apply only if both parties accept them in a signed document.
