The AI Act dossier for your clients, under your agency's name

We list up to 20 AI systems your client company uses or sells, classify each one under the EU AI Act and write down the duties that apply, with their dates. You get the dossier with your agency name and logo, to resell at your own price.

Paid once per client company. No call: a written questionnaire that you pass to your client.

AIGROW prepares the EU AI Act dossier for web, marketing and consulting agencies to resell under their own brand, for $490 per client company, paid once. From the client's written answers we list up to 20 AI systems, classify each one and write down the duties that apply, with their articles and dates, under the agency's name and logo.

What the dossier covers for your client, and what it does not

The AI Act applies in stages. Since 2 February 2025, companies that use AI systems at work must take AI literacy measures for their staff, and the practices in Article 5 are banned. Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 asks that people are told when they deal with AI. The high-risk rules start on 2 December 2027.

What it does
  • Lists up to 20 AI systems your client uses or sells, with the vendor, the purpose, who uses it and what data goes into it
  • Says for each one whether your client is its provider or its deployer, the two roles the Act gives different duties
  • Classifies each system as a banned practice under Article 5, high-risk under Article 6, subject to the Article 50 notices, or minimal risk, with the reason and the article it rests on
  • Writes down the duties that apply to your client now and those still to come, each with its article and date, from the text in force on the day we deliver
  • Drafts an AI use policy for your client's staff, the AI literacy measures for each role with a training record, and the Article 50 notice text for each system that needs one
What it does not do
  • It is not legal advice or a certificate: we prepare the dossier from your client's answers and the text of the Act, and where the answers leave a classification unclear, we say so for a lawyer to confirm
  • It does not do the work a high-risk system needs, such as technical documentation, a quality management system, a conformity assessment or a fundamental rights impact assessment: the dossier names that work and its dates
  • It does not cover the duties of providers of general-purpose AI models, or a GDPR data protection impact assessment
  • We never contact your client, ask for a call or ask for access to any system

Resold under your name

Your client receives the dossier as your agency's work. We prepare it behind you, from the answers you pass on.

Your brand on every document

Your agency name, logo and accent colour on the register, the policy and every other document, and our name on none of them. The files come to you, ready to send from your own email.

Your client stays with you

We never write to your client or ask it for a call. The questionnaire and the answers go through you, so your client deals only with your agency.

Your price

You pay us a fixed price for each client company and set your own price for your client. The dossier has the same scope and dates as the one we sell to companies directly.

A sample register

Three rows of the register as your client reads them. The client, the agency and every system here are invented for the sample.

One client company, up to 20 AI systems, one price

Paid once per client company at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you what we need; the dossier arrives within 10 working days of your client's complete answers.

What we need from you

Your agency's name, logo and accent colour, and your client company's name, country and sector. Then one line for each AI system your client uses or sells, up to 20, or a request for our written questionnaire, which we send you without our name on it for you to forward.

What you receive

  • A register of up to 20 AI systems as a spreadsheet: the tool, its vendor, its purpose, who uses it, the data that goes into it, and your client's role as provider or deployer
  • The classification of each system, with the reason and the article it rests on
  • The duties that apply to your client, each with its article and the date it applies: AI literacy (Article 4), banned practices (Article 5), transparency (Article 50) and, for a high-risk system, the later dates
  • An AI use policy for your client's staff: which tools they may use, for what, with which data, and who approves a new one
  • AI literacy measures for each role and a training record to fill in, for Article 4
  • The Article 50 notice text for each system that needs one, and a calendar of the dates still to come
  • Editable documents under your agency's name, logo and accent colour, in English or in any of the 11 languages of this site, with one round of changes

Questions from agencies

No. Every document carries your agency name, logo and accent colour, and our name is not on any of them. We send the dossier to you and never contact your client: the questions and the answers go through you.

You set the price. We charge your agency the price on this page for each client company, paid once, and what you charge your client is between you and your client.

Yes, through you. Ask for our written questionnaire and we send it to you as a document without our name on it. Forward it to your client, then send us the answers. We never write to your client or ask for a call.

No. We prepare the dossier from your client's answers and the text of the AI Act as amended, and every classification and duty cites its article. We are not a law firm, so present the dossier to your client as documentation and guidance. Where the answers leave a classification unclear, the dossier says so for a lawyer to confirm.

Since 2 February 2025, the AI literacy duty in Article 4 and the bans in Article 5. Since 2 August 2026, the transparency duties in Article 50. From 2 December 2026, two more bans apply: on AI systems that make intimate or sexually explicit images of an identifiable person without their consent, and on AI systems that make child sexual abuse material.

For high-risk systems, yes. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 moved the rules for the high-risk uses listed in Annex III to 2 December 2027, and for AI in the products covered by Annex I to 2 August 2028. It kept 2 August 2026 for Article 50. It also reworded Article 4: companies still take measures for the AI literacy of their staff, without having to guarantee a level for each person.

The price covers one client company and up to 20 systems. List them all: if there are more, we tell you before any work starts, and your client chooses the 20 that matter most or we quote the rest.
