1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIGROW.GG ("the Platform"), operated by PeakCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

AIGROW.GG provides AI systems consulting, automation solutions, educational content, and related digital services. Service availability and features may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials on the Platform are owned by PeakCore or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

For paid services:

• All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
• Custom builds and consulting hours are non-refundable once work begins

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

• Paid subscriptions, including AIGrowOS, are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the price and interval shown at checkout.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize PeakCore and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard billing settings ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.
• Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
• We may change subscription prices or plan features. We will provide advance notice of price changes, which take effect on your next renewal; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend or downgrade your access until payment is resolved. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in our affiliate program is subject to separate terms. Commissions are earned on valid referrals and paid according to the schedule outlined in the affiliate agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without authorization
• Upload malicious content or code

9. Limitation of Liability

AIGROW.GG and PeakCore are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
