Accessibility audit for online shops: a WCAG 2.2 AA review of 20 key pages, with a fix estimate for each issue
$990Fixed price, paid onceReport within 10 working days of your reply
Fixes are quoted after the audit. Delivered as listed, or refunded in full.

AIGROW audits the accessibility of one online shop for $990, paid once. We run an automated scan and a manual WCAG 2.2 AA review of 20 key pages, from the home page through product, cart and checkout, and send a report ordered by priority with a fix estimate for each issue. Fixes are quoted after the audit.
What the accessibility audit does, and what it does not
The European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882, covers e-commerce services offered to consumers from 28 June 2025, through each country's national law. The Directive names no WCAG version; we review against WCAG 2.2 level AA, published by the W3C in October 2023.
- Runs an automated scan of 20 key pages of your shop: home, category, search, product, cart, each checkout step, sign-in, account and the help pages you choose
- Reviews the same pages by hand against WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard use, visible focus, zoom and reflow, contrast, images, forms and error messages, and what a screen reader announces
- Walks the purchase path from a product page to the payment step with a keyboard and a screen reader, signed in as a test customer
- Orders every issue by priority, purchase blockers first, with the success criterion, the page, a screenshot, how to fix it and an estimate in hours
- Checks whether your shop publishes the accessibility information the European Accessibility Act asks of service providers
- It does not fix the issues: fixes are quoted after the audit, or your own developer works from the report
- It is not a certificate or a legal opinion on whether the law applies to you, such as the exemption for microenterprises
- It does not cover native apps, pages beyond the 20, or PDFs and videos outside those pages
- It does not install an overlay widget: the issues are fixed in your shop's own templates and code
From payment to the report
Each step and when it happens. We use your shop as a customer does and change nothing on it.
One shop, 20 pages, one price
Paid once at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you a short questionnaire about your shop, its platform and its key pages; the report arrives within 10 working days of your reply.
What we need from you
Reply to our questionnaire with your shop's address and platform and the pages or templates that matter most. We sign up as a test customer ourselves; if new accounts need your approval, approve ours. For the checkout, give us a test mode or a 100% discount code; without one we stop at the payment form. We never ask for admin passwords.
What you receive
- An automated scan of 20 key pages, with every rule that failed and where
- A manual WCAG 2.2 AA review of the same pages, including the purchase path with a keyboard and a screen reader
- A report ordered by priority: blockers on the purchase path first, then issues repeated across many pages, then the rest
- For each issue: the success criterion, the page or template, a screenshot, who it affects, how to fix it and an estimate in hours
- A note on the accessibility information the European Accessibility Act asks service providers to publish, with what your shop shows today
- A quote for the fixes after the audit, if you want us to do them

Why buy it from AIGROW
What you can check before you pay, and after the work.
- A fixed price
- $990, paid once. No subscription, nothing renews. Everything included is listed on this page before you pay.
- Proof you can check
- Every issue in the report names the WCAG 2.2 success criterion, the page, a screenshot and the steps to reproduce it, so your developer can check each one. The free color contrast checker runs one of the same tests.
- A public method
- The free color contrast checker runs the WCAG 2.2 contrast test we use in the audit, so you can check your shop's colors before you pay. Run the color contrast checker
