Every duty and date cites its article. Delivered as listed, or refunded in full.

AIGROW prepares the AI Act dossier for one company for $990, paid once. From a written questionnaire we list up to 20 AI systems you use or sell, classify each one under the Act, and write down the duties that apply: AI literacy, the practices the Act bans and the Article 50 notices, each with its article and date.

What the AI Act dossier covers, and what it does not

The AI Act applies in stages. Since 2 February 2025, companies that use AI systems at work must take AI literacy measures for their staff, and the practices in Article 5 are banned. Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 asks that people are told when they deal with AI. The high-risk rules start on 2 December 2027.

What it does
  • Lists up to 20 AI systems your company uses or sells, from chat assistants and writing tools to hiring, scoring or support systems, with the vendor, the purpose, who uses it and what data goes into it
  • Says for each one whether you are its provider or its deployer, the two roles the Act gives different duties
  • Classifies each system as a banned practice under Article 5, high-risk under Article 6, subject to the Article 50 notices, or minimal risk, with the reason and the article it rests on
  • Writes down the duties that apply to you now and those still to come, each with its article and date, from the text in force on the day we deliver
  • Drafts an AI use policy for your staff, the AI literacy measures for each role with a training record, and the Article 50 notice text for each system that needs one
What it does not do
  • It is not legal advice or a certificate: we prepare the dossier from your answers and the text of the Act, and where your answers leave a classification unclear, we say so for a lawyer to confirm
  • It does not do the work a high-risk system needs, such as technical documentation, a quality management system, a conformity assessment or a fundamental rights impact assessment: the dossier names that work and its dates
  • It does not cover the duties of providers of general-purpose AI models, or a GDPR data protection impact assessment
  • It does not install notices on your website: the AI Act transparency kit does that in your languages, with a live check

One company, up to 20 AI systems, one price

Paid once at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you a written questionnaire about your company and the AI systems it uses or sells; the dossier arrives within 10 working days of your answers.

What we need from you

Answer our written questionnaire: your company, what it does, where it sells and how many people work in it, and every AI tool or system it uses or sells, with the vendor, what it is used for, who uses it, what data goes into it and whether customers or the public see its output.

What you receive

  • A register of up to 20 AI systems as a spreadsheet: the tool, its vendor, its purpose, who uses it, the data that goes into it, and your role as provider or deployer
  • The classification of each system, with the reason and the article it rests on
  • The duties that apply to you, each with its article and the date it applies: AI literacy (Article 4), banned practices (Article 5), transparency (Article 50) and, for a high-risk system, the later dates
  • An AI use policy for your staff: which tools they may use, for what, with which data, and who approves a new one
  • AI literacy measures for each role and a training record to fill in, for Article 4
  • The Article 50 notice text for each system that needs one, and a calendar of the dates still to come
  • Editable documents in English or in any of the 11 languages of this site, with one round of changes

Proof you can check
Every classification, duty and date in the dossier cites its article in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, so you can check each one against the text published on EUR-Lex.
A public method
Our disclosures page shows how we apply the AI Act to our own AI: the dashboard assistant says it is an AI system, AI-drafted articles say so, and AI images and video are labelled. Read how we label our AI

Before you buy

Who the AI Act covers, which duties apply now, and what the dossier leaves to you.

Yes, when it uses them for its work. The Act calls a company that uses an AI system under its own authority a deployer, and deployers have duties of their own: AI literacy measures for staff, the Article 5 bans and some of the Article 50 notices. Use in a personal, non-professional activity is outside it.

Since 2 February 2025, the AI literacy duty in Article 4 and the bans in Article 5. Since 2 August 2026, the transparency duties in Article 50. From 2 December 2026, two more bans apply: on AI systems that make intimate or sexually explicit images of an identifiable person without their consent, and on AI systems that make child sexual abuse material.

For high-risk systems, yes. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 moved the rules for the high-risk uses listed in Annex III to 2 December 2027, and for AI in the products covered by Annex I to 2 August 2028. It kept 2 August 2026 for Article 50. It also reworded Article 4: companies still take measures for the AI literacy of their staff, without having to guarantee a level for each person.

A system is high-risk when it is a safety component of a product covered by the EU laws in Annex I, or when it is used for a purpose listed in Annex III, such as filtering job applications, assessing creditworthiness or deciding admission to education. Most office tools are not. If one of yours is, the dossier names the articles that apply and the work they ask for.

No. We prepare the dossier from your answers and the text of the AI Act as amended, and every classification and duty cites its article. We are not a law firm. Where your answers leave a classification unclear, the dossier says so, and your lawyer can review it if your case needs an opinion.

The dossier says which of your systems need an Article 50 notice and drafts its text. The transparency kit writes that notice in every language you sell in, installs it on your website and checks it live. It suits a dossier that finds a chatbot, a voice agent or AI-made content on your site.

The price covers one company and up to 20 systems. List them all in the questionnaire: if there are more, we tell you before any work starts, and you choose the 20 that matter most or we quote the rest. If we do not deliver what this page lists, you get a full refund.

Train your staff by role

The dossier documents the whole company; AI literacy training trains the people. For $490, paid once, for up to 25 people, we write a module and a quiz for each role, a rules sheet for your AI tools and the register to record who was trained.
