Subscription payments: AIGROW uses Stripe for paid monitoring plans and other subscriptions that have checkout enabled.
Billing cycle: The checkout shows whether the plan bills monthly or yearly, the amount due, and the renewal terms before you pay.
Invoices: Open the Stripe billing portal from Dashboard, Settings, Billing to review subscription invoices and payment details.
Changes and cancellation: Use the billing portal to update your payment method, switch an eligible plan, or cancel. The portal shows when a change takes effect.
Audits and scoped services have their own payment and delivery terms. Review those terms before purchase or approve them in the written scope.
