A documented REST or GraphQL API is usually the cleanest route to a custom connection. Feasibility still depends on the endpoints, permissions, rate limits, and vendor terms.
What we need from you: - API documentation (or access to explore the API) - Authentication credentials (API key, OAuth, or service account) - Data schema for the endpoints you want to connect
What we handle: - Authentication flow implementation - Rate limiting and retry logic - Data transformation and mapping - Error handling and alerting - Full documentation of the integration
Custom connectors are priced inside a Ready Solution or Custom Build scope. Monitoring plans do not include connector development.
For a system without a usable API, we can assess supported exports, webhooks, middleware, direct database access, or a controlled browser workflow. The assessment comes before any promise to build it.
