Architecture and approval, 2 to 4 days You review the data model, interfaces, and system design before production work starts.
Build and test, 1 to 4 weeks Working software is reviewed during the build. The tests, deployment method, and approval points come from the scope.
Deploy and hand over, 2 to 3 days The agreed source, documentation, diagrams, infrastructure, and runbooks are handed over. Custom Builds list 30 days of priority support after deployment.
