Your starting point

Name constraints

Up to 120 ideas per batch. Names combine English word banks with your words. No model or account is used.

Generating puts your inputs and seed in the URL. Share public details only. Your shortlist stays in this browser.

Compare your ideas

Short: up to 12 characters. Medium: 13 to 24. Long: 25 to 48. Spaces count. Filters apply to new ideas; saved names stay in your shortlist.

Fill in your starting point, then generate a batch of ideas.

Each domain check uses three requests. Ten requests per hour per IP, cached for ten minutes. Available means no RDAP record was found. A registrar must confirm purchase terms.

Save up to 100 names. Browser storage can be cleared; export your shortlist to keep a copy.

    Before choosing a name

    • Search for similar names in your market and company register. A generated name can already be in use. USPTO trademark search · EUIPO trademark search
    • Ask someone to read the name aloud, spell it after hearing it and explain what they think the business does.
    • Check the exact domain spelling, then confirm its availability and terms with a registrar. RDAP does not check trademark rights.
    • Check handles on the platforms you plan to use. Username suggestions and profile links do not establish ownership or availability.

These are research steps for choosing a name. For questions about rights or registration, consult a qualified professional.

    How to use this tool

    Give the engine useful words
Enter your activity and keywords. The engine selects a related English word bank where one matches your industry; otherwise it uses a general bank. Your accented words keep their spelling. Add a place for local names and a word or phrase that every idea must retain.
    Set constraints before generating
Choose short, classic, playful, modern or local names. Tone changes the adjective vocabulary. Length, starting letter and avoided words apply before a batch is selected. Blends and inventions are screened for vowel runs, consonant clusters and repeated letters. These spelling rules cannot guarantee pronunciation or meaning in every language. Conflicting constraints return fewer names, sometimes none.
    Save and investigate a shortlist
Save up to 100 names in this browser, then copy them all or export CSV. Generation is local and a shared URL reproduces its seed; saved names are kept out of the URL. Use the globe to check .com, .net and .org through the existing RDAP service. Each check uses three of ten requests per hour per IP, with a ten-minute server cache. Available means no RDAP record was found; a registrar must confirm purchase terms. The extra actions link to username tools and WHOIS.

    Questions before you start

No. A deterministic engine combines curated industry vocabulary, your words, naming patterns and pronounceability rules in your browser. It calls no model. Generating stores bounded inputs and a seed in the URL, so share public business details only. The words sent by a requested domain check are domain spellings, not your full naming brief.

Yes. Copy the page URL to reproduce the inputs, constraints and seed. Regenerate selects another batch from the finite name pool, so some ideas can recur. A shortlist of up to 100 names stays in this browser across regeneration and reloads. It is not included in a shared URL or synced to an account. Export CSV before clearing browser storage. If storage is unavailable, the shortlist lasts only in the current tab.

Generation does not establish ownership, domain purchase availability or trademark rights. A small substring blocklist screens some offensive combinations, but cannot cover every language or context. Ask people in your market to read and spell finalists, inspect the exact domains and social profiles, and research similar company and trademark records. Official USPTO and EUIPO search links are provided for research; rights questions need a qualified professional.
