The AIGROW automation care plan looks after up to 5 automations you already run on Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or Google Apps Script, for $290 a month. We watch their run history, fix a broken flow within 2 working days, update flows when a connected app changes and send a monthly report on every flow.

What the care plan does, and what it does not

An app renames a field or a connection expires, and a flow stops working while nobody looks at its run history. We look at it for you every week and fix what breaks.

What it does
  • Looks after up to 5 flows you already run on Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, Google Apps Script or a similar platform, whoever built them
  • Routes each platform's error notifications to our team and reads the run history of every flow every week
  • Fixes a flow that fails, or that you tell us broke, within 2 working days
  • Updates a flow when an app it connects changes its API or its fields, as part of the fix
  • Makes the small changes you ask for, up to 2 hours a month, such as a new field, a filter or another recipient
  • Sends a report every month with each flow's runs, failures, fixes made and changes requested
What it does not do
  • It does not build new automations, which AI Operations does
  • It does not use your password: you invite us as a member, editor or co-owner, and you can remove us at any time
  • It does not fix an outage of the platform or of a connected app: we tell you whose it is and rerun the failed runs where the platform allows
  • It does not carry unused hours of changes over to the next month
  • It does not pay for your platform plan or its task and operation limits, which stay on your account

Billed every month at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you for the list of flows and an invitation to your platform; we start within 2 working days of receiving both. It renews every month until you cancel.

Reply to our email with the platforms and plan you use, up to 5 flows and what each does, who we tell when something breaks and your business hours. Then invite team@aigrow.gg as a member, editor or co-owner on each platform. We never ask for your password.

Before you subscribe

Access, what counts as a fix, and how the 2 hours of changes work.

Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate and Google Apps Script, and similar platforms that let you invite another user. We look after flows whoever built them. One flow is one Zap, one Make scenario, one n8n workflow, one Power Automate flow or one Apps Script project.

No, and we do not accept one. You invite team@aigrow.gg as a user of your account: a member who can see the shared Zaps on Zapier, a member of your organization on Make or n8n, a co-owner of each flow on Power Automate, an editor of the project on Apps Script. Some plans have room for one user only, such as the Free and Professional plans on Zapier. If yours does, tell us and we say which plan adds a user, or refund you in full.

A fix makes a flow do again what it did before, such as a step that started to fail or a field an app renamed. Fixes are part of the plan and never use your hours. A change makes a flow do something new, such as another field, a filter or a new recipient, and uses the 2 hours a month.

We tell you our estimate before we start. You can spread the change over the next months, or we quote the rest as separate work. Hours you do not use in a month do not carry over.

Some fixes need the account owner, such as reconnecting an app that asks for your own sign-in. We tell you exactly what to do, and the 2 working days count from when you have done it. If the platform or a connected app is down, we tell you whose outage it is and rerun the failed runs once it is back, where the platform allows.

New flows are not part of the plan: AI Operations builds new automations, and a custom AI agent at $3,900 does one whole job. You can swap one of your 5 flows for another one you already run by replying to any of our emails.

The email we send after payment and every monthly report have a link to manage the subscription, where you can cancel, or you can reply to any of them and we cancel it for you. The care runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then we hand back access and send you a written list of every flow and its state. If we do not deliver what this page lists in a month, you get a full refund of that month.
