AIGROW automation on request costs $2,900 a month. You post requests on a written board or by email, such as a new automation in Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate, an AI step, a report or an integration. We work one request at a time, send a first update within 2 working days and hand over each delivery with notes.

What automation on request does, and what it does not

Most teams keep a list of jobs they would automate if someone had the time: a report built by hand every week, two apps that do not share data, a sheet that needs cleaning. You put that list on a board and we work through it, one request at a time.

What it does
  • Takes your requests from a written board, such as a shared Trello board, a Notion page or the board your team already uses, or by email
  • Works one request at a time and starts the next one in your queue as soon as the last is delivered

One monthly price, one request at a time

Billed every month at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you for your board, your tools and your first request. No setup fee, no minimum term and no free trial. It renews every month until you cancel.

What we need from you

Reply to our email with where your board is, or say you prefer email, the tools and automation platforms you use, who posts requests and approves deliveries, your business hours and your first request. Then invite team@aigrow.gg through each app. We never ask for a password.

Before you subscribe

How requests work, what is not included, and how to pause or cancel.

There is no fixed number, and we never promise one. We work one request at a time and start the next in your queue as soon as one is delivered. Most requests are delivered within a few working days, so how many fit in a month depends on their size.

A new automation in Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate, an AI step in a flow you already run, a small internal tool, a report, a data cleanup, or an integration between two apps. If a request is something we cannot do, the first update says so and you post another.

We split it into parts that each ship and work on their own, so you are not waiting weeks for one big delivery. The first update lists the parts and their order before we start.

On a written board: a shared Trello board, a Notion page, or the board your team already uses, such as Asana, Jira or ClickUp. Email works too. You set the order of your queue, and we work the request at the top.

No, and we do not accept them. You invite team@aigrow.gg through each app's own invite, as a member or editor. If a tool needs an API key, you add it to the platform's connection yourself or share it through a password manager such as 1Password or Bitwarden, never by email.

Work that needs a licensed professional, such as legal, tax or medical advice, native mobile apps, and anything that sends money without a person approving it. Your platform plans, app subscriptions and AI model usage stay on your own accounts.

A request can add an AI step to a flow you already run. One agent that does a whole job from start to finish, tested against a written specification before it goes live, is a custom AI agent, a separate order at a fixed $3,900.

The email we send after payment and every monthly summary have a link to the billing portal, where you can cancel, or reply to any of them and we do it for you. Work stops at the end of the month you paid for. To pause, cancel there: your board and queue stay yours, and when you subscribe again we start the next request, with no setup fee. If we do not deliver what this page lists in a month, you get a full refund of that month.
