Disclosures
This page explains our commercial relationships and how we label what we publish, so you can judge what you read on aigrow.gg.
Last updated 27 October 2026.
In short
- No model provider or tool named on our site sponsors or endorses AIGROW.
- Nobody can pay to appear in, or to change a result of, the AI Visibility Index, our studies, our benchmark or our comparisons.
- Sponsored mentions appear only in blog articles, and they are labelled as sponsored.
- A testimonial author may receive $25 in API credit for the review, never for a rating, and the testimonial says so.
- Our articles are drafted with AI tools and published under our editorial responsibility, and AI-generated images and video are labelled.
- Examples are hypothetical unless they say otherwise, and a press release is distribution, not news coverage.
This summary helps you read the document; the full text below is what applies.
1. Independence
AIGROW is independent. We have no partnership with, and are not endorsed or sponsored by, the providers of the AI models we measure or offer, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI, or the tools, platforms and businesses named on our site, unless a page says otherwise.
We name them to identify their products, to describe how we measure them and to compare them. A model name tells you which model answered; it does not mean its provider reviewed or approved our results. Trademarks belong to their owners.
We earn our money from the plans, API credit and services we sell, and, where this page says so, from sponsored mentions and links that pay us.
2. Research, the Index and comparisons
The AI Visibility Index, our studies, our model benchmark and our comparison pages accept no paid placement of any kind. A business cannot pay to appear, to be left out or to change its result or position. Being our customer, affiliate or sponsor changes nothing.
We publish the method behind each of them. Results record what models answered through their APIs at the time of measurement. They do not reproduce what a person sees in a consumer app, and they are not a search ranking. Where a comparison includes AIGROW, remember that we are one of the products compared.
If you think a result or a statement is wrong, write to hello@aigrow.gg with the details. We check it and correct what is wrong. Corrections follow the published method.
3. Sponsored content
A business may pay for a sponsored mention in one of our blog articles. When it does:
- the mention is labelled as sponsored, right next to it;
- any link in it is marked as sponsored for search engines;
- it stays in the article for the period agreed with the sponsor;
- the sponsor does not write or approve the rest of the article.
Sponsored content never appears in the AI Visibility Index, our studies, our benchmark, our comparisons, tool results or scan results, and a sponsor has no say in any of them.
4. Affiliate links
We run our own affiliate program. People who recommend AIGROW may earn a commission when you buy through their link, and you get 20% off your first plan payment. The Affiliate Program Terms require affiliates to disclose that they earn a commission. An affiliate’s recommendation is theirs, not ours.
Where one of our pages links to another company’s product through a link that earns us money, the page says so next to the link. Such links never affect our research or our comparisons.
5. Testimonials and reviews
We invite account holders who have used AIGROW to write a testimonial. When we publish one, its author receives $25 in API credit. A published testimonial whose author received this reward says so.
- The reward is for the review, never for a rating. We ask for the author’s real opinion, good or bad.
- We publish testimonials only from account holders who used the product, we check each one by hand, and we publish it only with the author’s consent to show their name and likeness.
- We never buy reviews, write them for anyone or filter them by rating.
- A testimonial describes one customer’s experience. It does not promise you the same result.
An author can ask us to take their testimonial down at any time by writing to privacy@aigrow.gg.
6. AI-generated content
We use AI openly, and we tell you where:
- Articles on our blog are drafted with AI tools and published under our editorial responsibility. That is why they say “Published by”, not “Written by”.
- Pages in languages other than English, including our legal documents, are translated with AI. Where a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.
- The assistant in your dashboard is an AI system, and it says so. Its answers can be wrong.
- Images and video generated with AI are labelled as such.
- Scan results, reports and readings are produced or analysed with AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
This follows the transparency rules of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act: you are told when you are dealing with an AI system, and content generated with AI is identified.
Our editorial checks reduce errors, but no check makes every statement certain. If you find an error, tell us at hello@aigrow.gg and we will correct it.
7. Examples and figures
Some pages show scenarios, sample reports and calculations to explain how a product works. They are labelled as examples or as hypothetical, and their figures are not results achieved by real customers. We publish a customer’s results only with the customer’s permission and with the figures on record.
Where we compare our prices with a provider’s list prices, as on the API credit page, we show the date of the list prices we compared against.
Earnings examples for the affiliate program are hypothetical. They rest on stated assumptions, such as every referral renewing and no payment being refunded. They are not typical and are not a promise of income. What you earn depends on your audience and your work, and you may earn nothing.
8. Press releases
Our press release service is paid distribution through the network of our newswire distribution partner. It is not news coverage: no journalist or outlet has chosen to write about you.
- Partner sites publish each release labelled as a press release.
- Most links in a release are nofollow.
- Outlet names on our pages identify where the network publishes. They do not mean those outlets are our partners or endorse us.
- We do not guarantee coverage, a ranking, traffic or a mention by any AI assistant.
- Each release is written from your brief and sent only after you approve it. You are responsible for the accuracy of its claims.
