Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the program

Any holder of an AIGROW account in good standing can take part, if they are at least 18 (or the age of majority where they live) and can enter into a binding contract. If you join for an organisation, the organisation is the affiliate and you confirm that you can bind it.

Taking or sharing a referral link from your dashboard means accepting these terms. Joining is free. One person or organisation may hold one affiliate account.

We may decline or end anyone’s participation, in particular where we cannot lawfully pay them, where their channels break the Acceptable Use Policy, or where they have broken these terms before.

2. Links and attribution

Your referral link carries your code and can lead to one of the pages your dashboard offers. When a visitor opens it, we store your code in their browser’s local storage for 30 days. We use no cookie for this.

A customer is attributed to you when all of these are true:

• they opened your link within the 30 days before signing up or buying;
• the account that receives the referral is less than 45 days old;
• for a purchase in our store (API credit, press releases, done-for-you services), it is the buyer’s first purchase with us;
• the customer is not you, an account you control or the organisation you act for.

If a visitor opens another affiliate’s link after yours, the later link replaces yours. Attribution depends on the visitor’s browser: it fails if they block or clear its storage, browse privately or switch device. We do not attribute customers by hand on the basis of claims our records cannot confirm.

Our records decide attribution and amounts, unless you show that they are wrong. If you think a commission is missing or wrong, write to support@aigrow.gg with the details.

3. Commissions

You earn a share of what an attributed customer pays us, at the rate of the product line the payment belongs to:

• Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after discounts and credits and excluding tax. Amounts later refunded or charged back earn nothing.
• You earn on a customer’s payments for 12 months, counted from their first commissioned payment. Our system measures this as the 350 days that follow that payment, so twelve monthly payments count and the thirteenth does not.
• Only direct referrals earn. There is one level only: no commission on customers referred by someone you referred, and none for recruiting affiliates.
• Our billing records decide which product line a payment belongs to.
• The recognition tiers in your dashboard never change your rates.

We do not promise any level of earnings. Examples of what an affiliate could earn are hypothetical, as the Disclosures page explains.

4. The customer’s discount

A customer who arrives through your link gets 20% off their first plan payment, applied at checkout. The discount applies to plans only, not to API credit or services. No other discount combines with it unless we say so.

You may not offer customers any other discount, rebate or share of your commission unless we agree in writing.

5. Holds and reversals

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment that produced it. It then becomes payable.
• A refund or chargeback reverses the commission the payment produced if it has not been paid out yet. A commission already paid out is deducted from your later commissions, and if none follow, you repay it when we ask.
• We may withhold or cancel commissions produced in breach of these terms, through fraud, or through an attribution we reasonably believe is not genuine. While we look into a concern, we may pause payouts. We tell you why.
• We may correct errors in the commissions your dashboard shows.

6. Payouts

Once your payable balance reaches $20, you can request a payout from your dashboard by one of these methods:

• USDC, to the wallet address and network you give us;
• PayPal, to the email address you give us;
• bank transfer, to the account holder, account number or IBAN and routing or SWIFT code you give us;
• AIGROW credit at 1.3 times the value of the balance, added at once. You can apply it to your future AIGROW invoices. It cannot be converted back to cash or moved to another account.

We process cash payout requests by hand. You are responsible for giving correct details. A payment sent to the details you gave is final, and a USDC transfer cannot be reversed. Charges applied by your own bank, PayPal account or wallet are yours.

Checks before we pay

• Before paying, we may ask for tax forms (such as IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN), proof of identity and proof that you control the payout account. We may hold a payout until we receive them.
• We do not pay anyone on a sanctions list kept by the United States, the United Nations, the EU or the UK, or anyone in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions. We hold or forfeit amounts as sanctions law requires.
• Where the law requires it, we report payments to tax authorities or withhold tax from them.

You are responsible for all taxes on what you earn.

7. Promotion rules

Disclose the commission

Say clearly that you earn a commission wherever you recommend AIGROW, next to the recommendation or link and before the reader acts on it. A disclosure only in a footer, behind a link or on a general disclaimer page is not enough. Use the paid partnership labels of the platforms you post on where they offer them.

This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, by EU and UK consumer law on unfair commercial practices, and by the rules of most platforms.

What you may not do

• Bid on AIGROW, AIGROW.GG, PeakCore or any misspelling or variation of them in search or social advertising, or use them in ad text or display addresses.
• Register or use domains, subdomains, social media handles, app names or business names that contain AIGROW or PEAKCORE, or anything confusingly similar.
• Send unsolicited email or messages, post spam in comments, forums or groups, or break anti-spam law, such as the US CAN-SPAM Act and the EU and UK rules on electronic marketing.
• Store your code without a visitor’s knowing click: no cookie stuffing, hidden frames, pop-unders, automatic redirects, forced clicks, adware or browser extensions that insert links.
• Offer cash, rebates, a share of your commission or other rewards for signing up or buying, unless we agree in writing.
• Publish your link or any discount code on coupon, cashback or deal sites, or publish codes we did not give you.
• Make claims about AIGROW, its products, prices, results or your earnings that our own product pages do not make. Never promise rankings, mentions by AI assistants, traffic or revenue.
• Present yourself as AIGROW, PeakCore LLC or our staff, or suggest that we endorse you or your content.
• Promote AIGROW alongside content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or violent, or content aimed at children.

You must follow every law that applies to your promotion, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection and anti-spam law. We may ask you to change or remove any content that promotes AIGROW, and you will do so promptly.

8. Use of our brand

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free licence to use the AIGROW name and the materials we provide, only to promote AIGROW with your referral link and only under these terms.

Do not alter our logo or combine it with other marks, and do not use our brand in a way that suggests a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond your status as an affiliate. Do not suggest that a model provider or any other company named on our site endorses AIGROW. AIGROW and PEAKCORE are trademarks of PeakCore LLC, and any goodwill from your use of them benefits us. The licence ends when your participation ends, or earlier if we withdraw it.

9. Data protection

You and we each decide independently how we use personal data in the program, and each of us is responsible for its own compliance. We handle your personal data, including your payout and tax details, as the Privacy Policy describes.

To count clicks on your links and detect fraud, we record a shortened hash of the visitor’s IP address, their browser’s user agent and the page the link led to.

We do not share the personal data of the customers you refer, beyond what your dashboard shows: a masked name or email address, when they joined, whether they subscribe and what you earned from them. Do not try to identify or contact them through this information.

You are responsible for the personal data of your own audience, including any consent your marketing or your website’s cookies require.

10. Ending participation

You can leave at any time by stopping your promotion and telling us at support@aigrow.gg. We can end your participation at any time with notice, and at once if you break these terms, act fraudulently or we cannot lawfully continue.

When participation ends, your links stop earning. Commissions earned before the end, and not affected by a breach, still become payable after their hold and are paid under the payout rules above. Commissions produced in breach of these terms are forfeited. Remove our brand and your links from your channels within a reasonable time.

The rules on payouts owed, reversals, data protection, liability and the relationship between us continue to apply after participation ends.

11. Changes to the program

We may change the rates, the rules or the program itself, or end the program, with notice on this page. Before a change that lowers your earnings takes effect, we also tell active affiliates by email.

A change applies to payments made after it takes effect. It never reduces a commission already earned. If you do not accept a change, stop promoting AIGROW and leave the program; if you continue, the change applies to you. If we end the program, commissions earned before its end are paid under the payout rules above.

12. Liability

We provide the program as it is. We do not promise that tracking will never fail or that you will earn any amount.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you arising from the program is limited to the commissions due to you and not yet paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. The country-specific liability rules in the Terms of Service also apply.

To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify PeakCore LLC against third-party claims, fines and reasonable costs arising from your promotion of AIGROW, your breach of these terms or your breach of the law.

13. Our relationship

You take part as an independent contractor. These terms create no employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or franchise. You cannot bind us or make statements on our behalf, and you bear your own costs. The program is not exclusive: you may promote other products, and we may work with other affiliates and partners.

14. General

The Terms of Service apply to your account and to the program, including their rules on governing law, disputes and the order of precedence between our documents. We send notices to the email address on your account; send yours to legal@aigrow.gg. Questions about the program go to support@aigrow.gg.

You may not transfer your participation or your balance without our written consent. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. The English version prevails over translations to the extent the law allows.
