MVP development at a fixed price: the first working version of your software product, built in about 3 weeks from a written spec, with the code handed over to you

$9,900Fixed price, paid onceSpec within 5 working days, then the app about 3 weeks after you approve it

Nothing is built before you approve the spec, and if you do not approve it you get a full refund. The code is yours from day one.

AIGROW builds the first working version of your software product for $9,900, paid once: a web app with sign-in, a database and up to 2 integrations, delivered about 3 weeks after you approve a written spec. The code is in a repository you own from day one. If you do not approve the spec, you get a full refund.

What the build covers, and what it does not

We build the first version of one software product from a written spec you approve: the 3 to 5 flows your users need first, as a web app that also works on phones. Anything outside the spec is quoted before any work on it.

What it does
  • Writes the spec from your intake form: the users, the 3 to 5 core flows, the screens, the data the app keeps, the integrations, what is out of scope and the acceptance tests
  • Builds a web app that works in the browser on computers and phones, with sign-in for your users and a database
  • Connects up to 2 integrations: payments through your own Stripe account, email, or one other API
  • Keeps the code in a Git repository you own from day one, so you can follow every change as it is made
  • Deploys the app to a hosting account in your name, on your domain
  • Runs the acceptance tests from the spec on the live app before handover, and sends you the results
  • Fixes bugs for 30 days after delivery
What it does not do
  • It does not build native apps for the App Store or Google Play: the web app runs in the phone browser
  • It does not add features beyond the spec: we quote changes separately, before any work on them
  • It does not promise users, revenue or investment
  • It does not cover running costs: the hosting, database, email and other providers bill you directly
  • It does not keep your passwords or keys: we never ask for a password
  • It does not need a call: the intake form and the spec review are written

What we need from you

Reply to our intake form with what the product does, who uses it, the flows they need first, any designs or apps you like, and the integrations you want. When you approve the spec, you create the repository and the hosting account in your name and invite us. We never ask for a password.

  • A responsive web app with sign-in, a database and up to 2 integrations
  • The code in a Git repository you own, with a README on how to run and deploy it

Why buy it from AIGROW

What you can check before you pay, and after the work.

A fixed price
$9,900, paid once. No subscription, nothing renews. Everything included is listed on this page before you pay.
Proof you can check
The spec lists the acceptance tests the app must pass, agreed with you before any code is written. At handover you get the results from the live app, and the repository, the hosting and every key are already in your name.
A public method
Run the free HTTP header checker on any web app, yours or one you like, to see its security headers and cookie flags. Every app we deliver runs on HTTPS and is checked the same way before handover. Run the HTTP header checker

Before you buy

What the spec covers, who owns the code, where the app runs and what we do not promise.

Founders and businesses with a software product in mind, such as a customer portal, a booking or ordering tool, an internal app or a small online service, who want a first working version at a known price. You need to know what the product should do; the spec turns that into flows, screens and tests.

The first version of one product: the 3 to 5 flows your users need first, such as signing up, adding a record, paying and getting an email. It runs in the browser on computers and phones, with sign-in, a database and up to 2 integrations. The spec lists what is in and what is out.

The spec says so. We propose the flows that go into the first version and list the rest as out of scope. You approve that, or take a full refund before any build starts. Work beyond the spec is quoted separately, and nothing is built on a quote you have not accepted.

If the job is one AI agent working inside the tools you already use, such as triaging requests or updating your CRM, the custom AI agent build does it for $3,900, paid once. This build is for a product with its own screens and users.

Send one list of changes and we revise it. If it still does not fit what you need, you get a full refund. Nothing is built before you approve the spec in writing.

You do. The code is in a Git repository you own from day one, and once you have paid you own the code written for your project, as our terms provide. Open source libraries stay under their own licences. Any developer can carry on from the repository and its README.

By default TypeScript with Next.js and a PostgreSQL database, with automated tests for the acceptance tests in the spec. These tools are widely used and well documented, so most web developers can work on the code after us. If you already use another stack or host, tell us in the intake form and the spec says whether we can build on it.

On a hosting account in your name, on your domain. The spec names every service the app needs, such as hosting, the database and email, with its monthly price on the day we write it, and those providers bill you directly. Nothing runs on our servers.

No. You create the repository and the hosting account and invite us. For Stripe and email you create the keys and add them to the hosting settings, or invite us with a developer role. We never ask for a password, and we keep no copies of your keys after handover.

The web app works in the browser on phones and tablets. Native apps for the App Store or Google Play are outside this build.

We do, with AI coding tools. Every change goes into your repository with a note on what it does, and a person on our side reviews the code and runs the acceptance tests before handover.

The app is yours to run. Any developer can work on it from the repository and its README. If you want us to add to it, we quote each change in writing first.

We do not promise users, revenue or investment. We promise the app the spec describes, passing the acceptance tests the spec lists. How it does in the market depends on the product and on you.

You get a full refund if you ask before the build starts, which includes not approving the spec. After that, if we do not deliver the app this page lists, passing the acceptance tests in the spec, you get a full refund too.

When an automation is enough

If the software you have in mind moves data between tools you already use, such as orders into a spreadsheet or emails into a CRM, a workflow automation is smaller, with a fixed price for each job. To find which jobs those are, the AI Ops scan, at $290, ranks the 5 automations that would take the most hours a week off your team.

MCP server for your business

We build and host a read-only MCP server over your catalog, stock, prices, hours or docs, so Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents can look them up. Hosting is billed monthly from handover.
