AIGROW answers the security, privacy or AI questionnaire a customer sent your software company, such as a SIG Lite, a CAIQ or their own spreadsheet, from your own policies and reports. $290 covers up to 150 questions and $490 up to 400. Every answer names its source, and every question your documents do not answer is marked for you.

What we answer, and what we leave to you

A customer sent you a security questionnaire before they sign, and nobody on your team has the time to fill it in. We fill it in from your documents, and you review it before it goes back.

What it does
  • Answers security, privacy and AI questionnaires, such as SIG Lite, CAIQ or the customer's own spreadsheet, in the file and format they sent
  • Takes every answer from a document you sent, such as your security policy, privacy policy, DPA, sub-processor list or SOC 2 report, and notes the document and section beside it
  • Marks every question your documents do not answer as one for you, with a note on what the answer needs
  • Keeps the answers consistent with each other and with any questionnaire you already answered for another customer
  • Lists the controls your documents do not show, such as multi-factor authentication or a written incident response plan, each with a plain fix

What it does not do
  • It does not guess: a control we cannot find in your documents is never answered yes

  • It does not send anything to your customer: you review and sign off every answer, then you send it
  • It does not log in to your customer's procurement portal: you export the questions and import our answers
  • It is not legal advice: we prepare answers from your documents, and contract terms stay with your lawyer

Reply to our email with the questionnaire as your customer sent it and your documents: security policy, privacy policy, data processing agreement, sub-processor list, your SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certificate if you have one, your hosting provider and notes on how your product is built.

Before you buy

The questionnaires, the documents, what we will not claim and what happens to your files.

Security, privacy and AI questionnaires sent by a customer or a prospect: the SIG Lite from Shared Assessments, the CAIQ from the Cloud Security Alliance, a procurement team's own spreadsheet or an export from a vendor risk portal. We fill in the file they sent, in its own format. If the portal has no export, paste the questions into a spreadsheet and we return the answers in the same rows.

A question is a line that asks for its own answer, numbered sub-questions included. Headings and instructions do not count. If your questionnaire has more questions than you bought, we tell you before work starts: you choose which questions we answer, or you move to the $490 size and we refund the first payment. For more than 400 questions, email hello@aigrow.gg before paying and we quote a fixed price in writing.

We mark it for you to answer and say what the answer needs, such as a date, a setting in one of your tools or a policy you have not written yet. We never answer yes to a control we cannot find in your documents, and we never name a certification you do not hold. Each of those questions also goes on the gap list.

No. We prepare answers from your documents. We are not auditors, and the filled questionnaire is not an attestation. You review every answer and sign off before it goes to your customer, because the answers are your company's statements. A SOC 2 report or an ISO 27001 certificate comes from an independent audit, which this is not.

Each control the questionnaire asks about that your documents do not show, such as multi-factor authentication for staff or a written incident response plan. For each one we name the questions it affects and a plain fix you can make. Whether and when to fix it is up to you.

The documents are read by AI models whose providers are in the United States, under commercial terms where the provider does not train on them, and AIGROW does not train AI models on your data. These transfers follow the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission in 2021, which our data processing agreement includes. We delete your documents, the questionnaire and our working files 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.

Send only what you may share with a service provider. Under our Terms, what you send us is your confidential information, used only to answer your questionnaire. If a document cannot leave your company, tell us what it covers and we mark the questions it answers for you.

No. Everything happens by email: you send the questionnaire and the documents, and we send back the answers. We do not log in to your systems or to your customer's procurement portal, and you never send us a password.
