A link extractor reads a page and lists the links in its HTML. This one shows each link’s address, anchor text, rel values such as nofollow, sponsored and ugc, whether it stays on your site, its target and the part of the page it sits in. It can also check the status of the first 20 web links.

How to use this checker

One page, robots.txt first
Our server reads the site’s robots.txt as AiGrowScan, then requests the page with the limits the SEO checker uses: public addresses on standard ports, every redirect checked, at most 1.5 MB of HTML. No JavaScript runs, so anything a script adds after loading is not read.
What each link shows
The address, resolved against the page and its base tag. The anchor text, or the image alt text or aria-label when the link has no words. The rel values, the target and the landmark it sits in: header, nav, main, aside or footer. Internal means the same domain, with and without www counted as one.
Status check
Tick the box to check the first 20 web links, three at a time, with a HEAD request and a short GET when HEAD fails. Each site’s robots.txt is respected, so a link it disallows is marked blocked by robots.txt and not requested. A link that a site refuses or answers with a challenge page is marked restricted, since it may still work in a browser.
Limits
Up to 1,000 links are listed. The CSV holds the rows the filters show.

Questions about this checker

They are rel values that describe a link to search engines. Google asks sites to mark paid and affiliate links as sponsored, links in comments and forum posts as ugc, and other links they do not want to vouch for as nofollow. Google treats all three as hints.

The page is read as HTML without running JavaScript. Menus, product grids and comments that scripts build after loading are not in that HTML. The AI readability check shows how much of a page depends on scripts.

The site answered with 401, 403, 407 or 429, or with a bot challenge page. The link may work for a visitor, so open it in a browser before you change it.

No. It lists the links on one page. The broken link checker follows links across up to 50 pages of a site.
