Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may not do with AIGROW: the website, your account, the dashboard and its assistant, the API and every service we provide. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Last updated 27 October 2026.
In short
- Use AIGROW only for lawful purposes and in good faith.
- Do not use it to harm or deceive people, or to send spam or malware.
- Keep API keys secret, do not resell access without our permission, and follow the usage policy of the model provider whose model you call.
- Do not fake reviews, ask only happy customers for reviews, or misrepresent a business in its listings.
- Do not attack, overload or scrape the service. Report vulnerabilities to security@aigrow.gg.
- Report illegal content or abuse to legal@aigrow.gg. We confirm receipt and tell you what we decided.
This summary helps you read the document; the full text below is what applies.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use AIGROW, or anything it generates, to create, store, publish, send or promote:
- illegal content or activity, including breaches of sanctions or export control law, or content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors;
- harassment, bullying, threats or the publication of someone’s private information without their consent;
- content that attacks people or incites hatred or violence against them because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or another protected characteristic;
- violent extremism or terrorism, including content that promotes, supports, glorifies or recruits for it;
- fraud and scams, including phishing, pyramid schemes, fake investments and false claims about products, prices or results;
- deceptive impersonation of a person, business or authority, or a false claim of affiliation with one;
- malware, including viruses, ransomware, spyware and code built to gain unauthorised access;
- spam, meaning unsolicited bulk messages or messages that break anti-spam law, and content built to mislead search engines or AI assistants, such as hidden text, cloaking or invented sources.
2. AI models and the API
- Keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all use of your keys. If a key is exposed, tell us at once. We may suspend a key that has been made public.
- You may build your own products on the API, but you may not share, sell or rent your keys, give others direct access to the API through your keys or a proxy, or resell credit, without our written permission.
- Your requests, and how you use their outputs, must follow the usage policy and output terms of the model provider whose model you call.
- Do not use the services or their outputs to build training datasets for, or otherwise to develop, a model or product that competes with AIGROW.
- Do not try to avoid metering, billing or usage limits, for example by spreading use across accounts, manipulating requests or exploiting a pricing error. Tell us about any billing error you notice. Credit obtained through one may be removed.
Do not use any model through AIGROW to generate:
- disinformation meant to deceive people, such as fabricated news, false statements about elections or fake evidence;
- intimate or sexual images of real people without their consent, including deepfakes;
- any sexual content involving minors;
- instructions or material for biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or other weapons capable of mass harm;
- malware or tools for attacking computer systems.
Do not use AIGROW for any practice the EU Artificial Intelligence Act prohibits, such as manipulative techniques that cause significant harm or social scoring. You are responsible for what you send to a model and for reviewing its outputs before you use them.
3. Reviews and business listings
These rules apply whenever you use AIGROW to manage reviews, business profiles, directory listings or structured data, including through our done-for-you services.
- Do not write, buy, sell or post reviews that do not reflect a real customer’s genuine experience, including reviews generated with AI or written by owners or staff without disclosure.
- Do not ask only the customers you expect to be satisfied (review gating), and do not filter who is asked by their likely rating.
- Do not reward reviews on a platform whose rules forbid it, as Google’s do. Where a reward is allowed, it must not depend on the rating or the tone of the review, and it must be disclosed.
- Do not suppress negative reviews through threats, legal intimidation or false reports.
- Do not add keywords, locations or slogans to a business name that the business does not use in its real branding.
- Do not list an address the business does not use, or present a mailbox or virtual office as a place where it serves customers.
- Do not mark up content that is not visible on the page, or mark up information that is false.
- Manage only the profiles and listings you are authorised to manage, and keep their details true.
The rules of Google, Bing, Apple and each directory also apply. Their decisions, such as suspending a profile, are theirs.
4. Security and integrity
- Do not access, or try to access, accounts, systems or data that are not yours, and do not bypass sign-in, captchas or other access controls.
- Do not run load or stress tests against AIGROW, send excessive automated requests or do anything that degrades the service for others.
- Do not scrape, crawl or copy the site or the services by automated means beyond what our robots.txt file allows. Use the free tools only through their pages, as offered.
- Do not upload malicious code, and do not decompile or reverse engineer the services except where the law allows it.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you find a security vulnerability, report it to security@aigrow.gg with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Do not access, change or keep data that is not yours beyond the minimum needed to show the problem, do not disrupt the service, and give us reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else. We will not treat research done in good faith within these limits as a breach of this policy.
5. Enforcement
If you break this policy, we may:
- remove or disable content, or refuse a request;
- suspend or revoke API keys;
- suspend or end features, services or your account;
- withhold affiliate commissions, as the Affiliate Program Terms provide;
- report the matter to the competent authorities and cooperate with them.
We act in proportion to the breach, taking into account how serious it is, whether it was deliberate and how it affects others. Where possible and lawful, we warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. We act at once where that is needed to prevent harm, to comply with the law or to protect the service.
When we restrict your content or account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it. You can ask us to review the decision by writing to legal@aigrow.gg.
We are not obliged to monitor how you use AIGROW. We review content and activity we have access to when we receive a report or have reason to suspect a breach. Where we suspect a criminal offence that threatens someone’s life or safety, or find child sexual abuse material, we report it to the competent authorities.
The Terms of Service set out what happens to fees and data when an account is suspended or ends.
6. Reporting illegal content or abuse
To report content or activity on AIGROW that you believe is illegal or breaks this policy, write to legal@aigrow.gg. Under the EU Digital Services Act, a report should include:
- an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or breaks this policy;
- its exact location, such as the full web address, and anything else we need to find it;
- your name and email address, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the report diligently and objectively, and tell you what we decided and how you can contest it. We may stop handling reports from someone who often sends manifestly unfounded ones, after warning them.
Send intellectual property complaints to legal@aigrow.gg as well. Security vulnerabilities go to security@aigrow.gg, and privacy matters to privacy@aigrow.gg. Authorities can find our point of contact in the legal notice.
