AIGROW prepares the AI Act Article 50 notices for one website for $290, paid once. We list where people meet your chatbot, voice agent or AI-made images, video and text, write the exact notice for each place in every language you sell in, then install it or hand it over as snippets, and check it live.

What the transparency kit covers, and what it does not

Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies from 2 August 2026. It asks that people are told when they talk to an AI system, and that deep fakes and AI text published to inform the public on matters of public interest are disclosed, clearly and at the latest when people first meet them.

What it does
  • Lists up to five places where people meet your AI or AI-made content on one website and its phone line: chatbots, voice agents, generated or altered images, audio and video, and AI-written articles
  • Notes which paragraph of Article 50 each place relates to, working from the text of the Act and the Commission guidelines on Article 50 of July 2026
  • Writes the exact notice for each place in each language you sell in, among the 11 we cover, and says where it goes and when it shows
  • Installs the notices with a user account you add to your website, never with your password, or hands them over as snippets with instructions
  • Checks each notice on your live site in every language and sends a written record of what is shown where
What it does not do
  • It is not legal advice or a certificate: we prepare the notices and check them, and your lawyer can review them if your case needs an opinion
  • It does not add the machine-readable marking that Article 50(2) asks of providers of generative AI systems: that sits inside the tool that makes the content, and we tell you what to ask its vendor
  • It does not cover notices for emotion recognition or biometric categorisation, high-risk AI systems, general-purpose AI models or GDPR privacy notices
  • It does not change settings inside a third-party tool we cannot reach: for those we send the text and where it goes, for you or the vendor to paste

One website, up to five places, one price

Paid once at checkout, which asks for your email and card. Right after payment we email you a short questionnaire about your site, your AI tools and your languages; the inventory and the notices arrive within 5 working days of your reply.

What we need from you

Reply to our questionnaire with your website, the languages you sell in, and every place people meet AI: the chatbot or voice agent tool and where it runs, AI-made images, audio or video, and AI-written articles. Tell us whether we install the notices with a user account or you paste the snippets.

What you receive

  • An inventory of up to five places where people meet your AI or AI-made content, each with the Article 50 paragraph it relates to
  • The exact notice for each place, in each language you sell in among the 11 we cover
  • Where each notice goes and when it shows: at the start of a chat or call, on or next to an image or video, above an article
  • Snippets that show each notice as visible text, so screen readers read it too
  • Installation by us with a user account you add, after you approve the texts, or the snippets with instructions
  • A live check of every notice in every language, and a written record of what is shown where and when we checked it

What Article 50 asks, when it applies, and what the kit covers.

From 2 August 2026, under the AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. The Digital Omnibus on AI, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, kept that date. It gave providers of generative AI systems placed on the market before 2 August 2026 until 2 December 2026 for the machine-readable marking in Article 50(2).

Article 50(1) leaves out cases where it is obvious to a reasonably well-informed, observant and circumspect person. The notice is one line at the start of the chat, so we write one for every chatbot and voice agent unless you tell us not to.

Article 50(4) asks for a disclosure when AI-generated or manipulated text is published to inform the public on matters of public interest, unless a person reviewed or edited it and someone holds editorial responsibility for it. The inventory lists your AI-written pages with those facts, and we write a label for the ones you decide to mark.

No. We prepare the notices, place them and check them, working from the text of the AI Act and the Commission guidelines on Article 50 of July 2026. We are not a law firm. If your case needs a legal opinion, your lawyer can review the inventory and the texts we send.

No. Add us as a user with editor rights on your website, or paste the snippets yourself from our instructions. We never ask for passwords.

The price covers one website and up to five places. If the inventory finds more, we tell you before writing anything: you choose the five that matter most, or we quote the rest.
