Training material and records, never a certificate. Delivered as listed, or refunded in full.

AIGROW writes AI literacy training for your company for $490, paid once, for up to 25 people. From a written questionnaire we prepare a short module for each role with a 10-question quiz and answer key, a sheet of do and do not rules for the AI tools you use, and a register to record who was trained.

What the training covers, and what it does not

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. In its current wording, from Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, it asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and of others who use AI systems on their behalf. It does not require a guaranteed level for each person.

What it does
  • Writes a short module for each role you name, such as management, office staff, sales and support, and technical staff, about the AI tools that role uses and the tasks it uses them for
  • Explains in each module what the tools can and cannot do, how AI output can be wrong and how to check it, which data must never go into a tool, and who to ask before trying a new one
  • Adds a 10-question quiz to each module, with an answer key and a suggested pass mark
  • Lists every AI tool your staff use on one sheet, with do and do not rules for each, written from your answers
  • Builds the training register as a spreadsheet, with a row per person and columns for name, role, module, date and quiz result, and a one-page note on keeping it updated
  • Writes everything in your choice of the 11 languages of this site, as editable documents you can change and reuse
What it does not do
  • It is not legal advice or a certification: we write training material and records from your answers, and we make no promise about how an authority will judge them
  • It does not teach live, with no sessions or calls: your staff read their module and take the quiz, and you keep the register
  • It does not list or classify your AI systems or set out the other duties the AI Act gives your company: the AI Act dossier does that
  • It does not test your AI tools or change their settings: the tools sheet sets rules for using them

What Article 4 asks, what the training covers, and how it relates to the AI Act dossier.

It applies to providers and deployers of AI systems. The Act calls a company that uses an AI system under its own authority a deployer, unless the use is a personal, non-professional activity. A deployer established in the EU is covered, and so is one outside the EU when the output of the AI system is used in the EU. Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025.

Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, the Digital Omnibus on AI, replaced Article 4 from 27 July 2026. It asks providers and deployers to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and of other people who operate or use AI systems on their behalf, taking into account their technical knowledge, experience and training and the context the systems are used in. It says this does not require a guaranteed level of AI literacy for any individual.

Article 4 asks that the measures take into account each person's knowledge and the context the AI systems are used in. A salesperson drafting emails and a developer generating code use AI for different tasks and meet different risks, so each role gets a module about its own tools and its own work.

The dossier documents the whole company; this trains the people. The dossier lists and classifies your AI systems and sets out each duty with its date, including the AI literacy measures and a training record to fill in. This service writes the modules, quizzes, tools sheet and register your staff use. If you have the dossier, say so in the questionnaire and the modules follow its measures.

The price covers up to 25 people. For 26 to 60 people, buy the larger size for $990. If the head count in your answers is above the size you bought, we tell you before work starts: you choose the people to train, or we refund the order so you can buy the larger size. Above 60 people, ask us for a quote.

Each module, quiz and tools sheet comes in your choice of the 11 languages of this site: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Polish. The documents come as Word files and the register as an Excel spreadsheet, or as Google Docs and Sheets if you prefer, so you can edit them and add rows.

If you develop an AI system, or have one developed, and offer it under your own name, the Act calls you its provider, and the staff who build or run it get a module about their own tasks. Telling people they are dealing with AI is a separate duty, under Article 50, which the AI Act transparency kit covers.

No. We write training material and records from your answers and the text of the AI Act as amended. We are not a law firm, the quiz is not a certification, and we make no promise about how an authority will judge your measures. Your lawyer can review the documents if your case needs an opinion. If we do not deliver what this page lists, you get a full refund.

A full written policy for your AI tools
