AIGROW keeps account, site configuration, job, billing and service records while they are needed to operate the features you use, protect the service, meet legal obligations or resolve a request.
Deleting a Blog Engine site removes its active configuration. Completed job records can remain attached to the account so monthly usage and billing history are not reset by deleting and recreating a site.
To request access, correction or deletion, email privacy@aigrow.gg. The reply will identify what can be deleted, what must be retained and which provider controls any remaining record. No fixed deletion deadline is promised on this page.
Stripe, authentication, email, analytics and spam-protection providers apply their own retention terms to the data they process. The privacy policy lists those providers.
Do not send passwords, API keys or payment card details in a deletion request.
