Asked for CRM software in Canada, ChatGPT and Claude most often named HubSpot CRM (96% of answers), Zoho CRM (96%) and Freshsales (88%). Across 24 answers they named 11 different businesses, 4 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in English, in September 2026.
