Asked for dermatologists in Barcelona, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini most often named Centro Médico Teknon (44% of answers), Dermomedic (31%) and Instituto Médico Láser (IML) (31%). Across 36 answers they named 26 different businesses, 9 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in Spanish, in September 2026.
