Asked for plumbers in Calgary, ChatGPT and Claude most often named Pete The Plumber (100% of answers), Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Calgary (92%) and Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning (67%). Across 24 answers they named 25 different businesses, 17 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in English, in September 2026.
