Asked for real estate agencies in Chicago, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok most often named @properties Christie’s International Real Estate (83% of answers), Baird & Warner (63%) and Compass (60%). Across 48 answers they named 28 different businesses, 14 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in English, in September 2026.
