We asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok the four questions a buyer asks when looking for gyms in Chicago, three times each, in English, and counted who they named. These are the businesses named in two or more of the 48 answers.

Asked for gyms in Chicago, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok most often named East Bank Club (65% of answers), Fitness Formula Clubs (60%) and Lakeshore Sport & Fitness (48%). Across 48 answers they named 29 different businesses, 10 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in English, in September 2026.
