Asked for real estate agencies in The Hague, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini most often named Frisia Makelaars (61% of answers), Estata Makelaars (33%) and Rotsvast (25%). Across 36 answers they named 66 different businesses, 47 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in Dutch, in September 2026.
