Your text

Letters A to Z and numbers change. Accented letters keep their accent; other alphabets, emoji and punctuation stay as they are.

Your text in 22 styles

Type some text to see it in every style.

0 UTF-16 units, 0 Unicode code points, 0 visible characters, 0 line breaks. The target uses UTF-16 units. Platform counting algorithms are not published; confirm the pasted result in the app.

Choose from 22 Unicode styles, grouped by family, and copy each result separately. Preview your name and bio, inspect characters without a styled form and compare counts before pasting. Device acceptance is not tested. Screen readers may misread styled letters, so keep important words plain and use the plain copy when readability matters.

How to use this tool

Type once, copy any style
Each style swaps the letters A to Z, and in some styles the digits, for look-alike characters from Unicode’s mathematical and enclosed letter blocks. Accents stay as combining marks, while other alphabets, emoji and punctuation are left as they are.
Check the length
Instagram allows 150 characters in a bio and 2,200 in a caption. The local budget uses UTF-16 units, including line marks and emoji. Exact platform counting is not published here, so check the pasted text in Instagram.
Keep it readable
Screen readers may spell styled letters out, call them mathematical symbols or skip them, and search may not match them to normal words. Keep your name and keywords in plain text and use a style for a word or two of emphasis.

Questions before you start

No. They are Unicode characters that look like styled letters, which is why they survive copy and paste into apps without a font menu. Each phone draws them with its own fonts, and some older devices show empty boxes for a few styles.

Styled letters are different Unicode characters. Instagram does not publish per-style search matching behaviour in the sources checked here, so people searching for a plain word may miss it. Keep the name field and your main keywords in plain letters.

Badly, in most cases. Depending on the reader, a styled letter can be announced as a mathematical symbol, spelled out on its own or skipped. People who rely on a screen reader then miss your words, so keep important text plain.
