Asked for CRM software in Germany, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok most often named HubSpot (100% of answers), Pipedrive (94%) and Zoho CRM (65%). Across 48 answers they named 14 different businesses, 4 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in German, in September 2026.
