Asked for CRM software in Mexico, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini most often named HubSpot (100% of answers), Zoho CRM (94%) and Pipedrive (81%). Across 36 answers they named 14 different businesses, 2 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in Spanish, in September 2026.
