Asked for dermatologists in Florence, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini most often named Istituto Fanfani (31% of answers), Villa Donatello (31%) and Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Careggi (22%). Across 36 answers they named 32 different businesses, 15 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in Italian, in September 2026.
