Asked for payroll software in Brazil, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini most often named Convenia (94% of answers), Contabilizei (44%) and TOTVS (42%). Across 36 answers they named 26 different businesses, 10 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in Portuguese, in September 2026.
