Lesson 6 of 7

Answer the questions customers ask

Write one useful answer for a real buying question.

Use questions from real enquiries, calls and appointments. Choose a question that matters before a purchase, then answer it on a page where a customer would expect to find it. Explain who the service is for, its limits, how it works and what the customer needs to do next.

Give a direct answer near the start. Add evidence you own, such as your actual process, qualifications or published terms. Label examples and keep them separate from customer results. Avoid making near-identical pages for places you do not serve. The question explorer supplies research prompts from the Index; they are not measured search volumes or a list of guaranteed traffic opportunities.

A real example from the Index

The October 2026 Paris hotel page asks about a weekend stay, boutique hotels and business travel. The same city needs different answers. A hotel can explain its actual facilities for a suitable visit without claiming to be the best for every traveller.
