Asked for insurance brokers in Rome, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini most often named Aon (58% of answers), Assiteca (50%) and Marsh (44%). Across 36 answers they named 30 different businesses, 10 of them only once. Each of four buyer questions was asked three times, in Italian, in September 2026.
