Service Terms
The rules for each AIGROW product. They add to the Terms of Service and, for the product they cover, prevail over it where the two differ.
Last updated 29 October 2026.
In short
- These Service Terms add product rules to the Terms of Service. Words defined there, such as Services, Subscription and Deliverables, mean the same here.
- What a plan includes is shown on the plans page and in your dashboard. The monitor measures a sample of AI answers to your saved questions, and a reading is not a ranking.
- Done-for-you services start when you reply to your receipt. Nothing is created or changed before you approve our proposal, and we ask for manager access, never your passwords.
- Fixed-price services are delivered as listed or refunded in full. AI Local Fix adds a refund tied to the day 90 count of AI answers naming your business.
- Press releases are distribution, not news coverage. A release that is not published is refunded in full.
- Custom work follows its written proposal and is not refundable once work begins.
- Automatic top-up of API credit is off until you turn it on. Once on, it charges your saved card for the pack you chose, up to the monthly limit you set.
- Free scans ask AI models through their APIs and do not show what a person sees in ChatGPT or any other app.
This summary helps you read the document; the full text below is what applies.
1. Software plans
The software plans (Watch, Act, Operate and Agency) monitor how AI assistants answer questions about your business. What each plan includes, such as the number of sites, questions, rivals and markets and how often the monitor runs, is shown on the plans page when you subscribe and in your dashboard. The plan that applies is the one recorded by our payment provider for your account.
Allowances
Each plan includes a monthly fair-use allowance of messages to the AI assistant, and a separate monthly allowance of readings you start by hand, from the console or through the assistant. Allowances are not money: they have no cash value and are not refunded or paid out when unused. When an allowance is used up, the feature it covers pauses until the allowance renews or you change plan.
How the monitor works
The paid monitor asks AI assistants your saved questions, and stores each answer, where your business appears in it and who is named instead. If a scheduled run cannot take place, it is tried again a day later. A run that does not complete is not stored.
A reading is a sample: the answers to your questions at the moment they were asked. AI assistants change, can answer differently from one session to the next, and may show a person something else. A reading is not a ranking in any assistant or search engine, and it does not measure lost revenue.
Markets
You can track a site in several markets, in any of the site’s 11 languages. A market is a language, with an optional country, or a city in that country. Watch supports up to 2 markets per site and the other plans up to 6, each in its own language. Each market uses at least 5 of the site’s questions, from its total of 10 on Watch or 30 on the other plans. The place is written into the questions: a reading does not reproduce a device’s location or a consumer’s session in that country.
Checking assistant claims
Paid monitors check assistant claims against the business facts you save, and show the tone of each mention with a supporting quote. This is a limited comparison. Checks that are uncertain, or that could not be run, are marked unchecked, and a service missing from your list is marked absent and left unchecked. It is not a complete fact check, it does not verify ratings or sentiment, and it does not correct what the assistant says.
Visits from AI assistants
On Operate, Agency and Complete AI Visibility, you can upload one month’s Traffic acquisition export from Google Analytics 4. We store only the sessions from each AI assistant, the total sessions from all sources and the dates the export covers. The figures show the referrals visible in your export. Visits whose referrer is hidden are missed, and the figures do not show that a mention caused a visit, a lead or a sale.
Questions from Search Console
Paid plans can suggest questions from your own Search Console data. You supply your Queries.csv export or paste a list of queries. The file is read on your device, and only the questions you select are saved. Extract a ZIP download before you upload it. Impressions come from your export, and the feature does not estimate how often people ask AI assistants these questions.
2. Agency plan and client seats
Client seats
The Agency plan is sold as client seats, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 200. Each seat covers one client site under monitoring. You can change the number of seats at any time. Seats you add are charged at once for the rest of the current billing period. Seats you remove are credited, for the time left in the period, on your next invoice. Credits are applied to later invoices and are not paid out. An Agency plan bought before client seats were offered covers up to 25 sites.
White-label reports
You can save your agency’s branding: name, logo, accent colour, website and contact email. It is applied to the monthly reports and their print version, to the report links you send clients, and to the sender name and Reply-To address of monitor emails. Those emails are still sent from our address. Client links can expire after 30 or 90 days or not at all, and you can revoke them at any time. Reports credit AIGROW only if you ask for it. If you move to a plan without white-label reports, your branding is kept but no longer applied.
White-label reports do not include a custom domain, a white-label app or special pricing for your clients.
Embedded checker and lead capture
You may embed our checker on your website. A small link crediting AIGROW stays visible, and you may not hide or remove it.
Lead capture in the checker is off by default. It works only after you turn it on with a signed opt-in key, for a finished scan that could be measured, and while your agency account has a verified email address. Visitors see their result without giving an email address. If a visitor asks for the reading, we send it to the visitor and send the visitor’s email address, website and reading to you. The form tells visitors this and links to our privacy policy. Daily delivery limits apply, and a visitor’s report link works for up to 45 minutes. We do not promise any number of leads, a custom sending address, or delivery while your email address is unverified.
Your clients and their visitors
- You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including your prices, what you promise them and the reports you send them. Do not promise more than these terms provide.
- You confirm that each client has authorised you to monitor its business and, where you share client information with us, that you may do so.
- If you use lead capture, you are responsible for how you use the leads you receive, including any consent the law requires before you contact them, and for answering their requests about their data.
- Where we process personal data of your clients or their visitors for you, we act as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of your agreement with us.
3. Blog Growth Engine
The Blog Growth Engine drafts articles for the sites you connect and, where you allow it, publishes them. It is a monthly Subscription, and the plan you choose sets its monthly article allowance.
- The allowance belongs to your account and covers all your sites. The article targets you set for each site divide the allowance between them; they do not add to it.
- The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month.
- A completed job uses allowance, and a queued or running job reserves it until it ends. Deleting a site and connecting it again does not restore allowance already used.
- Drafts held for review, and work that failed, was blocked or was cancelled, are not published articles.
Articles are written with AI models. Our evidence checks reduce some kinds of error but do not establish that every statement is true. You decide what is published on your site, and you are responsible for reviewing it and for what it says.
Search Console access
To let the engine use your Search Console data, for example to improve articles from the queries that reach them, you upload a key for a Google service account with access to your property. We store the key encrypted and use it only for your jobs. Give the service account no more access than the engine needs, and revoke the key in Google if you stop using the engine or believe the key has been exposed.
4. AI Visibility Audit and Complete AI Visibility
AI Visibility Audit
The AI Visibility Audit puts buying questions about your business to AI assistants, records every answer and the businesses named in it, and gives you a document with the fixes in order. It is delivered within 5 working days of your order, or refunded in full.
If you then subscribe to Complete AI Visibility, what you paid for the audit is credited against your first month. We apply the credit ourselves on the first invoice. It applies once per email address, and not if the audit was refunded.
Complete AI Visibility
Complete AI Visibility is a monthly Subscription. Each month it covers:
- a curated Google Business Profile;
- citations in the right directories;
- structured data;
- pages and answers written for the questions your customers ask;
- a comparison with 3 competitors; and
- a monthly measurement and report.
Our times are: the plan within 5 working days of your order, the first month of work within 30 days, the report by the 5th of every month, and a reply to your messages within 1 working day.
We do the work described. We do not promise a first place, a ranking or a mention in any AI assistant. Work on your profiles, listings and website follows the section “Third-party platforms”, and depends on the information and access you give us.
5. Operations Audit
The Operations Audit, shown as AI Audit at checkout, reviews how your business runs and where AI can help: your workflows timed and priced, and a roadmap ordered by expected return. It is delivered within 5 working days of your order.
Its figures are estimates based on the information you give us. What you save or earn depends on how you put the roadmap into practice. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
6. Done-for-you services
These rules apply to the fixed-price services we carry out for you that are paid once and listed on the done-for-you page, and to their white-label versions for agencies on the agencies page. Each product page and your receipt list what the service includes and its times.
How an order runs
- The work starts when you reply to your receipt with the details it asks for.
- We send you a proposal, such as a list of sites, the changes we suggest for a profile or a plan for your markup. Nothing is created, changed, posted or installed before you approve it.
- For your profiles, we ask to be added as a manager. We never ask for your passwords, and you should never send them. Structured data is installed with an editor account you create for us, or handed over as code for you to install.
- When the work is done, you receive a report. A listings report includes every link and login we created.
Times
Times are counted in working days from when we have what each step needs: your reply, your access or your approval. If you take longer to reply, to give access or to approve, the later dates move by the same time. If an order stays on hold because we are waiting for you, we may close it after reminding you, and refund the part of the price for work not yet done.
Your part
- Give us accurate and complete information about your business, and tell us when it changes.
- Make sure you are entitled to manage the profiles and website concerned and to give us access to them.
- Review proposals and drafts and approve them or ask for changes. You are responsible for what you approve.
- Keep the accounts we hand over secure. You may remove our access once the report is delivered.
- For the reviews kit, send the review requests yourself, to every customer and not only to satisfied ones.
What the services never do
- promise a ranking, a mention by an AI assistant, rich results or a number of reviews;
- add keywords to your business name, or use an address your business does not use;
- get a suspended profile or listing reinstated;
- pay for a directory listing: a paid directory is used only if you pay the site directly;
- add markup for content that is not visible on the page; or
- buy, write or reward reviews, or ask only satisfied customers for them.
Refunds
Each service is delivered as its page lists, or refunded in full. You also get a full refund if you ask before work starts. The Refund Policy explains how to ask.
7. AI Local Fix
AI Local Fix brings our done-for-you services together for one local business, at a smaller scale: up to 15 listings; the Google Business Profile with Bing Places and Apple Business Connect; LocalBusiness markup on up to 10 pages with 3 answer pages; and the reviews kit. The rules in the section “Done-for-you services” apply to it.
The count
You approve 10 questions your customers ask in your city, and your 3 closest rivals. We then take readings of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok on those questions: the first before work starts, and the others at day 30 and day 90, counted from the first. Each reading counts the answers that name your business, and counts your rivals in the same answers. We email you each reading. The questions and rivals stay as approved from the first reading to the last, so that the counts can be compared.
The count refund
If the day 90 count of answers naming your business is not higher than the first count, on the same questions asked the same way, you get a full refund on asking within 14 days of the day 90 report. Ask by replying to that report or by writing to support@aigrow.gg.
The ordinary refund for done-for-you services also applies. AI Local Fix does not promise a ranking or any particular AI answer: the refund is what stands behind the count.
8. White-label services for agencies
Agencies can order the listings, Google Business Profile, structured data, reviews kit, AI Local Fix, AI Act dossier and shop accessibility audit services at wholesale prices for a client. You name your client in the brief, and the deliverables and reports carry your agency’s name and logo. You may resell the AI Act dossier and the shop accessibility audit under your own brand at a price you set. For these two we never contact your client: you pass our written questions to your client and its answers to us. The dossier is documentation and guidance. The audit is a report on the shop against WCAG 2.2 level AA, not a certificate or an opinion on whether the European Accessibility Act applies to your client. Neither is legal advice, and you may not present either to your client as legal advice.
- You are our customer. We take instructions from you, and we contact your client only where the work needs it or you ask us to.
- You confirm that your client has authorised the work, including our access to its profiles and website, and that you may give us its information.
- The same rules, times and refunds apply as for the version sold to businesses, including the AI Local Fix count refund. Refunds are paid to you.
- Where we process personal data for your client, we act on your behalf under the Data Processing Addendum.
Agencies can also subscribe to the white-label AI share of voice line: each month, a section for each client brand to put in the agency’s own client report, with the agency’s name and logo. It is billed monthly until you cancel. We run the readings from an account we hold, send each section to you and never contact your client. It measures how often AI assistants name each brand and its competitors; it does not promise what they answer.
9. Press release distribution
How it works
- You reply to your receipt with the brief: the news, your website, a person to quote and a logo or photo.
- We write the release and send you the draft within 2 working days of the brief. Nothing is distributed before you approve it.
- Most placements appear within 24 hours of approval.
- Within 2 working days of publication, you receive a report with the sites that ran the release and an AI visibility reading taken before distribution. A second reading follows 30 days later.
What distribution is
A press release is distributed through the publisher network of our newswire distribution partner. It is distribution, not news coverage: the sites publish it labelled as a press release, and most of its links are nofollow. The outlets we name show where the network publishes, and they imply no partnership with us. The network and its outlets can change.
We do not promise coverage by journalists, a ranking, a mention by any AI assistant, or that a particular outlet publishes the release or keeps it online. A release that is not published is refunded in full.
Your content
You are responsible for the facts, names, quotes, logos and images you give us and for the release you approve. You confirm that they are true and not misleading, that you have the right to use them, and that publishing them breaks no law and infringes no one’s rights. A release about securities, financial results or a regulated product must also meet the rules that apply to it.
The network’s editorial rules apply to every release, and its editors may ask for changes or decline a release. We may refuse a release, or stop it before it is distributed, if its content is unlawful, misleading or defamatory or breaks those rules. If a release is not published for any of these reasons, it is refunded in full.
10. AI Operations and custom work
AI Operations, implementation sprints, custom builds, the fractional AI team and our ready solutions are agreed project by project. The written proposal or statement of work for a project, once both parties accept it in writing, sets its scope, Deliverables, price, timeline and assumptions. It prevails over these Service Terms where they differ, and anything it does not cover follows these terms and the Terms of Service.
Changes to the scope
A change to the scope needs agreement in writing, including by email, and may change the price and the timeline.
Acceptance
When we deliver a Deliverable, you review it within the period the proposal sets and either accept it or tell us in writing how it does not meet the agreed specification. We then correct what does not meet it and deliver it again. A Deliverable is accepted when you accept it, when the review period ends without such a notice, or when you use it in your business, whichever comes first. If the proposal sets no review period, a Deliverable is accepted when you approve it or use it in your business.
Payment and refunds
Fees are paid as the proposal provides. Fees for custom work are not refundable once work begins, unless the proposal or the law provides otherwise. Work billed monthly, such as AI Operations or the fractional team, is a Subscription and can be cancelled as the Terms of Service describe, unless the proposal sets a minimum term.
Ownership and running costs
Once you have paid in full, you own the Deliverables made specifically for you, as the Terms of Service provide. Our pre-existing tools, code, templates, prompts and methods remain ours and are licensed to you as part of the Deliverables. Systems we build may rely on AI models and other third-party services with their own terms, and the proposal says who pays for them.
11. Full AI Visibility Report
The Full AI Visibility Report is sold only while it is offered after a free scan. It puts 20 buying questions about your business to every assistant the scan uses, and shows who they name instead, every answer word for word and the fixes our checks found.
If the report is not useful to you, reply within 14 days and we refund it.
What you paid also comes back as a credit against the first month of a plan or a done-for-you service. The credit is printed on the report and can be redeemed within 30 days. It can be used once, has no cash value, and lapses if the report is refunded.
12. Automatic top-up of API credit
Automatic top-up buys API credit for you when your balance runs low, so your API keys keep working. It is off until you turn it on in API access while signed in. The API credit rules in the Terms of Service apply to the credit it buys.
What you agree to
To turn it on, you choose a one-off credit pack, the balance below which we buy it, and a monthly limit, and you save a card. The note next to the button shows these amounts before you save. Saving the card authorises us to charge it the price of that pack each time your balance falls below your amount, without asking you each time.
- We charge once each time the balance falls below your amount. The next charge can only follow after credit has been added to the account again.
- Charges in a calendar month, counted in UTC, never go past your monthly limit. A charge that would go past it is not made, and the low balance alert works as usual.
- The credit goes straight to your balance, without a redemption code. After every charge we email you the amount, your new balance and how to turn automatic top-up off.
When a charge fails
If your bank asks you to confirm a payment, or the card is declined, nothing is charged and we email you a link to buy the same pack yourself. After three failed charges in a row, automatic top-up turns off and we stop using the card for it.
Changing or turning it off
You can change the amounts or turn automatic top-up off at any time in API access, with one click. Turning it off stops further charges at once and removes the card from automatic top-up. A charge already under way is completed and credited. Credit bought this way is refunded only as the Refund Policy provides, like any credit you buy.
13. Free tools and scans
The free scan asks the AI models behind ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok questions about a business through their APIs, without web search. Under the current limits it asks each question once per assistant, and up to three times when the limits allow; the result says how many times it asked. Each mention rate is shown with its 95% interval.
A scan measures model answers at one moment. It is not live search, it does not show what those apps show a person, and a mention rate is not a ranking. Check its recommendations before acting on them.
- Scans are protected by hCaptcha and limited in number. Do not automate them or try to get around their limits.
- A scan result becomes a public page only if you consent to it.
- Some tools send the address you enter to outside services to fetch public data: Google PageSpeed Insights and the Chrome UX Report, Wikidata, the Internet Archive and domain registration (RDAP) services.
- Some tools keep your drafts in your browser’s storage on your device, so clearing that storage deletes them.
Free tools and scans may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time, as the Terms of Service provide.
14. The AI assistant
The assistant in your dashboard is an AI system, not a person. Its answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.
To answer you, the assistant sends your messages, your project details, the memories it has saved and the documents you add to the providers of the AI models we use, through OpenRouter. We store your chats so that you can return to them.
Do not enter special categories of personal data, such as information about health, religion or sexual orientation, or passwords and other secrets. Enter personal data about other people only if you are allowed to share it.
Messages count toward your plan’s monthly fair-use allowance, and readings you start through the assistant count toward your allowance of readings started by hand. You are responsible for the actions you ask the assistant to take in your account.
15. Third-party platforms
Much of our work happens on platforms run by others: Google Business Profile, business directories and listing sites, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and Facebook. Their terms, policies and guidelines apply to your profiles and listings and to our work on them, and those platforms decide what they accept, show or remove.
- We follow each platform’s rules, and we may decline a change that would break them.
- Getting a suspended or rejected profile or listing reinstated is not part of any service.
- We never add keywords to your business name, and we use only an address your business actually uses.
- We use a paid directory only if you choose it and pay the site directly. Its fees are not part of our price.
- Platforms can take time to review changes, and they can edit, reject or reverse them. Their delays and decisions are outside our control and do not count against our times.
- Accounts and listings we create are in your business’s name and belong to your business.
